Three of us (dad and my sister) stayed here this past long weekend. Incredibly clean, cozy and within driving distance of Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor shopping. Even though it was cooler outside we really enjoyed walking along the beach. Loved the large lobster pot, it came in handy this weekend. Will stay again, maybe in the summer at...

Have spent a summer week at Seaside Cottages for the last 15 years. Quiet shorefront location. Great for canoe or kayak launch on private beach. Cottages are nicely appointed with fully equipped kitchens. Highly recommended.

Lovely place. Very clean and quiet. Carroll & Gail keep the grounds well-maintained, the cabins well furnished and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The area provides easy access to everything on the Island. We will definitely be back to Bar Harbor and absolutely plan to stay at Seaside Cabins.

Two of us stayed in Cottage 6 the week of Labor Day. It was absolutely wonderful! The cottage was clean (Gail was nice enough to accommodate a slightly early check in so that we could make a tour we were booked on), the bed and pull out couch were comfortable to sleep on, and the view is just spectacular. Our...

First impression is a lovely tree lined drive and then 8 cottages magically appear. The property is beautifully maintained & you feel like you are in a magical fairy tale of what life is like living along a secluded beach. There are adirondack chairs & kayaks along the shore. Each cottage is quaint & charming. All the facilities are very...

We came to Bar Harbor to celebrate or 15th anniversary and we were lucky enough to stay at Cottage #8. The cottage was spotless, comfortable and had a fabulous view of the cove. We had all the amenities of home. Gail and Carroll were perfect hosts. Always there but unobtrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed the adirondack chairs down by the water....

We have been coming here since our oldest child was a toddler (he's married now). The cottages are modern and spotless and the location, right on the bay, is tremendous. We start each morning by taking our kayaks out and see seals, porpoises, and the occasional bald eagle. It's also a wonderful place to swim. Gail and Carroll are wonderfully...

My husband and I planned months in advance for out anniversary trip and our first stop was Seaside Cottages. We were NOT disappointed at all! The house (#6) was exactly as expected, and more. Watching the tide go in and out, digging a clam right on the shore, watching the gulls go after the clams and crabs, to seeing a...

We came from Texas to visit our daughter and her family in the Boston area this spring. She said wanted to go to Acadia National Park for the weekend so I started searching for information on the area. I found this location on the acadiamagic.com website. I was hoping the location was as good as the pictures of the website...

This was our first trip to the area, so we wanted a nice place to use a base while checking out the sights. Seaside Cottages was perfect for us. A short drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP while having peace and quiet at night. Many points on the island can be reached with a short drive. The cottages are...
