This hotel has so much deferred maintenance I don't think they can ever catch up! Stayed for a week and couldn't wait to leave. AC had two speeds, ice cold or off. When off the room would become dripping wet. Mold everywhere. Everything seemed damp all the time. Everything really just old and obvious repairs needed everywhere. Ice machine broken,... More

Location is good and has ample amount of food establishments within the vicinity. The room was large as I had the executive suite. My only complaint is that the room was an adjoined room with the door attached to another room with another couple. Which means I could hear everything. The couple next door was loud and had a screaming... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and doesnt have a room service. It was okay but they could have fix there shower area. It was rusty and with molds :( It has restaurants downstairs and if you get hungry middle of the night you have to go to the ABC store near by. On tight budget so we chose this. Oh... More

This hotel is not worth the money. It was disgusting & smells like MOLD & MILDEW. I wouldn't even let my pets stay there. First off, I was not able to make my check-in due to certain circumstances in Hawaii, so I called & asked to change my check-in date, and the guy @ the front desk said "No problem".... More

We had an unexpected night in Guam, when our United flight was late and we missed our connection. This is the hotel that United gave us a voucher for. The hotel had a nice limo that picked us up from the airport. Upon arrival, the front desk were very helpful. They made sure to arrange for our transportation back to... More

This hotel screams for a major makeover! I thought I entered a museum featuring hotels in the 80's. Checkin was fine, but during check-in. The power flipped on and off. As if the facility cannot maintain sufficient power. Like some third world country. Once entered the room, man the room was as old as I am. I've never seen a... More

The room looked about a decade old. The hallway carpets were worn, stained and needed replacing. The convenient part was that were restaurant's and a store in the hotel. The internet was very slow and they had to keep rebooting the server.

The AC is too strong and seems to be centralized system, can't be adjusted to higher temperature. But when AC turn off, the cigar smell lingers in the room. The room ventilation isn't good, if you looking for fresh air, the room I stayed don't have opening windows. Room kind of musty, for the rooms I stayed in both visits.... More

My stay here lasted 4 days before I was forced to move due to no internet service. I called the front desk for 3 days, but the internet never worked. The first night there, there was no hot water. I turned on the hot water and nothing came out for at least 5 minutes. Later the hot water started to... More
