Booked in this hotel by United Airlines on a layover due to their delays and inefficiency resulting in a stay of only 3 hours. (That was long enough). The hotel is generally tired, the bathroom looked is if it was from the 60's, the TV belonged in a museum and the lobby is soulless. I am glad I was not...

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is of good design. It has everything you could ask of a resort. Things like beach access, a pool, a spa, 2 restaraunts, a wine bar etc. This hotel could use some TLC. It is starting to show its age but they do a good job otherwise. With some renovations they...

The Pacific Star labels itself as a resort and spa which is only partially correct since it does have a spa. The hotel is a old and in need of repair in many areas. I was interested in using the hot tub and the sauna, both of them were out of order and were obviously out of order for quite...

Needless to say, Tumon bay has great views regardless of the hotel. However pacific star is at best a 2 star hotel. First impression was driving through the parking garage that at best was designed for smart cars. Friends who were with us managed to scrape the side of the garage in their mini van. The exterior of the hotel...

The other reviews are pretty consistent. Don't expect anything more than a two-star to three-star hotel here. Rooms are very tired. Does not feel particularly clean. Carpet is dirty and does not smell good. Staff is friendly but not particularly well trained. The main restaurant is dark, damp and smelly which is too bad because the property itself is incredibly...

I think the hotel is a bit old. I booked a executive room with sea view which is located near top floor. I think the view is excellent. but the room is a bit small and old compared with the EXECUTIVE room type. We can access the executive lounge but not much options we can choose in the lounge. The...

This hotel is outdated, the rooms the facilities were just meh. The rooms could have been cleaner. Food was ok, pool was ok. Nothing spectacular. From the balcony window, there were ocean views and views of the hotel next door, which offered a great adventure style of swimming pools (probably should have picked that one). Service was just ok, but...

I was very nervous coming here after reading so many bad reviews..... but honestly, the place totally doesn't deserve the bad press it's getting. Yes, it could use a paint job and some updating, but there is nothing glaringly wrong. The rooms are clean and well kept, but most importantly, this hotel offers a ton of really value-adding amenities. First...

I stayed at the Pacific Star Resort and Spa for only night due to my room having a horrible mold smell. I am allergic to mold and luckily had allergy medication with me to counteract the effects. The room was expensive at $176 a night and there are for less expensive hotels that are better. Check trip advisor and compare...

Place was clean and people were efficient. However, this used to be a Marriott hotel but there has been no improvements that I could see except for a wedding chapel. It is really run down. Old flower boxes outside are empty and moldy. An outside pool bar is boarded up and falling down. They have an indoor bar near the...
