I stayed in a basic room. The building looks old. AC was ok. We found a salamander at the restroom, not fun at all. The breakfast was good. The view looks good. Front desk service was good. Hotel is far from downtown area. Is better to have car. There are only one restaurant near. Is a good cheap option compared with other hotels, but keep in mind the hotel building is old.

Checking in to the hotel was simple and trouble free. We were provided the keys to our room and directed to the elevators only we noticed no working AC in the lobby area of the hotel, ( first concern ) when we arrived at the elevators there was a old looking sign on the doors of the left elevator stating elevator out of use only 1 out of 2 worked. ( second concern ). When we arrived at our door on the 5th floor the door was a little beat up and in need of paint !! And on entry to the room... it was like going back to the year 2000 an old dusty 18"crt tv, old gray paint faded furniture, stained carpet and generally pretty nasty room... I wouldn't want my kids to stay here let alone the wife and me.... the room telephones were all out of order and not working the roo. Safe was just sat in the floor and not fixed in place.. we did however have a sea facing room if you could look through the smugged finger print glass... !!! Sorry Hotel Sanfa Fe... would love to have given you a better feedback, but this place is a typical representation of a old beat up motel in desperate need of some major investment. ( More photos available on request ) most all of the my photos would not upload due to the size of the images.

I got to this hotel around 4:00 PM, which is about 1 hour past check-in time. They told me they had overbooked even though I had a reservation. I had already spent $30.00 in a cab ride to get to this hotel. They offered to take me to another hotel which at that point I had no choice. They took me to a substandard hotel that had no hot running water. I somewhat understand airlines overbooking but hotels...not really. This hotel showed very bad form and I would never recommend someone staying here

My family had a 12-hour overnight layover in Guam so we booked this hotel. I deeply regret booking this hotel. We booked a room with a king bed and one roll-away bed since there were 3 of us. When we checked into the hotel we were told that they only had 2 twin beds and that the hotel was fully booked. The room is in bad need of repair and you do not want to walk barefoot on the dirty and stained carpet. We had to go back to the front desk several times for another set of towels (there were only 2 in the room) and a hairdryer, etc. The woman at the front desk was friendly and tried to be helpful, but clearly the hotel screwed up our reservation and there was nothing we could do about it.

The staff are kind. They answer all questions kindly and to respond to my demands. Close to the airport about ten minutes by car. It was a happy moment to eat and see Sunset. The price is reasonable. Very, very satisfying.
