My husband and I went to the Four Seasons Oahu for our honeymoon and we are so happy we did! This place is truly a paradise in and of itself. We stayed in the deluxe room with the outdoor spa tub, which was perfect for the romantic atmosphere we were looking for. We ended each night in our private hot tub with a cocktail and it was so blissful. The adult infinity pool is gorgeous, particularly at sunset. The beach area is very nice and is shared with Disney’s Aulani, though it never feels crowded. The restaurants were spectacular - Mina’s Fish House was our favorite. The staff - from the waiters, pool attendants, hotel staff, and the valets - were top notch and extremely friendly. Francis, the bell captain, was one of our favorites. The service was second to none. This was our first time staying at a Four Seasons and it will not be our last. We certainly see why the Four Seasons has the reputation that it has.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed 4 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was our first trip anywhere in more than a year due to the pandemic. We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the beach, pools, dining, fitness center and other property amenities. But it was the high level of service that truly made the trip special. Every single employee from the moment we arrived went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and efficient. A few examples: E.L. was our server for breakfast at La Hiki. She heard us talking about looking for waterfall hikes and texted her brother, an avid hiker, to get us detailed information about the best choices. Concierge (I don't recall her name)-there is a critical shortage of rental cars on Oahu currently. The local news even had a story of tourists renting Uhaul vans because they couldn't find cars at other locations. I had looked online for a vehicle so we could take a day trip to North Shore but every location showed "sold out". I stopped by the concierge and she found us a convertible at a reasonable rate that was delivered to the hotel within a couple of hours. Malia (Noe) and Christopher (Mina's Fish House) were two of our favorite servers. They were incredibly friendly and also knowledgeable about the menus. We loved our small plate dinners at both of these locations. They also knew it was our anniversary and brought out special free desserts to help us celebrate. Other things we enjoyed: Late checkout-we had an overnight flight that left at 830pm. The hotel let us use our room until 2pm and then then beach/pool/dining for the rest of the day. They have a very nice "late departure/early arrival" lounge with showers the we used before heading to the airport that evening. Island Country Market-this little store is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and has snacks, wine/liquor, deli, etc. The food at the hotel is great, but we really enjoyed picking up some wine, poke bowls and other small items to have in our room fridge.

We’ve been in love with the Four Seasons amazing customer service, incredible attention to detail and beautiful settings for many years.   Over the years we’ve stayed at many different Four Seasons all over the world, but the Four Seasons Oahu remains one of our favorites!  We’ve been enjoying their resort since they opened their doors a few years ago.  They’ve been truly amazing during the Covid pandemic, their dedication to and recognition of their customers that they treat more like family is truly incredible!  When you arrive Francis and his entire team immediately set the tone, welcoming you to the resort with the most sincere smile and warmest Aloha while taking care of of your car and luggage and when you enter the hotel Patrick and his team make sure you feel like you just arrived to your home away from home!  The food is wonderful, when you go to Noe try their amazing signature tagliatelle dish, and the charcuterie platter is amazing, always very popular with our children, we even suggested they add it to the kids menu, :), when you go to enjoy breakfast at La Hiki try their delicious French toast or the beautifully arranged tropical fruit platter, and when you go to Mina’s fish house try their incredible signature whole fish from their wonderful fish sommelier!  Special thanks from our Ohana to Patrick and his team, and Francis, Adam, J.R and their team, mahalo for always finding a good spot for our car, :) Vanessa from Noe; Sarina, Joseph and Cody from La Hiki!  Looking forward to seeing you guys soon! I love the Four Seasons Brand and this hotel isn’t quite the real deal. Formally a JW Marriott barring a few upgrades the hotel is not much better. It lacks that sparkle that you expect from Four Seasons and the amenities are lacking unless you have young children and head to bed at 9pm. No Hotel lobby bar! The pool bar does not really accommodate many people and the whole area looks like it need a bloody good clean. Service is good especially at Minas the Fish restaurant which was awesome. Overall we have like the Four Seasons but not loved it. Which is a real shame !
