Balmy breezes and peaceful white-sand beaches. Beach Villas at Ko Olina, on the southwest coast of Oahu, feels straight from a Hawaiian storybook. Here you'll find exceptional two and three bedroom boutique vacation rental villas with Roy Yamaguchi designed kitchens and floor to ceiling sliding glass walls leading out to your private lanai. Luxurious villas with a personal touch in an utterly breathtaking, yet serene setting. Outside, find four breathtaking lagoons with wide sandy beaches and numerous beautifully landscaped pools and spas. Enjoy golf at our championship golf course, home of the LPGA Lotte Championship, and sign up for a catamaran cruise watching dolphins and whales at play. The Makai Hale beach bar awaits along with your ocean side grill to prepare sumptuous meals while sipping a cocktail and watching the sun dip into the ocean. The end to another beautiful day in paradise.

This is a ground floor villa closest to the beach/lagoon area. Excellent for families because everyone can have the doors open, hang out on the lanai and watch the kids run around safely. The room was modern and super clean. Everything that we needed was there including a pack

My Husband & I stayed here for 2 weeks, we had unit #1104 it was very nice. We loved the lanai, it was looking out on to the ocean. We could actually watch the whales from the lanai. It was on the 11th floor, the unit itself was also beautiful. These units come with a private

My husband and I travel to Hawaii each winter. We stayed northshore, Waikiki, and Ko Olina. By far the KoOlina Beach Villas exceeded all other accommodations. Pools close to the beach, private lagoon, guest parking, and close to H1, shopping, restaurants and golf!!! Large

We’ve stayed at this complex roughly five times. Easy flight from the states and nice resort. Through our lifetime we’ve stayed in low cost motels and in five star resorts. We’ve never experienced such poor management as we did at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. You may have

Construction did not start and we are unaware of a start date. We suspect not anytime soon as Atlantis will be a billion dollar project and planning and permitting takes some time.

The Aulani does have some car rentals there so if you really need a car for a day, you can try to reserve one at Aulani and return it there but we usually rent a car even though we rarely go anywhere except Costco or the Polynesian Cultural Center. I haven't used Uber or Lyft but I bet you could readily get a ride via either of those apps to costco or Target which isn't too far.

The big pool (which is unheated and about the same temp as the lagoon) is mainly the kids pool. They can play and be loud and there’s a little “sandy” (more like soft pea gravel) area for little ones too. The quiet pool is heated but your kids need to be quiet and it’s quite perturbing when people bring their kids and allow them to Scream and splash (and I’m a mother of 3 littles) There are no pool toys allowed in the quiet pool either. They can have some toys in the big pool. No life guards on duty anywhere but with water wings my 3 yo can go all around without me worrying.
