We enjoyed our recent stay in the Beach Bungalow. Fully equipped and very clean with everything you need including free laundry facilities. Some aspects of the unit were very dated and could be refreshed and the yard could be tidier, but we were very comfortable and would stay again. Only 10 minute walk to beach or town. The owners are...

Just returned from Kailua, my daughter and I stayed in the Beach Bungalow. Was fairly easy to get to from the airport. The place had more or less what we needed, fairly small but well appointed. Easy walk to the stores but a little too far to walk to the beach, especially if you want to carry chairs, towels etc....

Good location, full equipped, spacious cabana and nice views to the mountains, Good level of privacy, very clean and friendly. Included stuff necessary for beach (chairs, body boards, umbrella, etc). We stayed in the Palm Cabana, was very nice and we liked it so much.

We were 3 adults. Our room had two twin beds and a fold out futon for the floor. Our room was clean, quiet on the second floor with no one below us. We appreciated the coffee and toaster in the morning with a beautiful view of the mountains from the kitchen. Free parking, laundry facilities and free beach equipment all...

If you want to stay in Kailua on your visit in O'ahu this is the perfect place for a couple. Nice size, clean, comfortable and affordable. Dealing with the owner Will was excellent. Laundry facilities was a nice surprise, use of beach towels, mats and a cooler if needed for the nearby beach park. Would definitely use Wills place again...

We were only able to stay 3 nights this time but I know we'll be back! This is a completely equipped roomy studio apartment within walking distance of a gorgeous beach! There was an onsite laundry facility, outdoor shower for washing sand off when returning from the beach, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella available. The studio was maintained...

The Kailua Guesthouse was clean and comfortable. We liked the 2nd floor location where we caught the refreshing breeze while enjoying morning coffee. (My first post on Facebook was the view from the lanai.) Parking is no problem as a spot is reserved on the property. Kailua town has everything you need - stores, restaurants, and a beautiful beach. We...

The Kailua Guesthouse was exactly what we wanted: a completely equipped studio apartment within walking distance of Kailua beach (a very pleasant 10 minute walk, so it felt shorter). There were also towels, a beach umbrella and beach chairs available for us to borrow. The studio was maintained very nicely and we had plenty of privacy, although Will was just...

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every single one. I forget which room we stayed in, but it had every convenience we needed. Kailua is THE place to stay (we never even went to honolulu), and this rental has a fabulous location. A very short walk to the beach and even shorter to a small marketplace or downtown kailua....

5 days of total relaxation, no luxuries but you have everything you need in the suite and outside: showers, towels, washer, dryer, cleaning supplies, umbrellas, etc. The Property is clean and peaceful. Kailua is mainly residential so you have a beautiful beach at a 10-min walk from the property with all the services, no crowds, nice people, little cute stores,...
