This was my 9th trip to Hawaii but my first stay at a hostel. At almost 40 years old I went into it with an open mind. The staff and guests were nice. It was a little noisy but mostly the quiet hours were observed without problems. Words of caution: please be careful when heading out with the tour guides....

Omg where do I start...this place just made my holiday. I made so many new friends with people from all around the world. I was there for a U.S. Thanksgiving it was so much fun everyone came together and made some awesome food. I would highly recommend staying for a week so you can do the tours everyday they are...

I had a great time at the banana bungalow. It's at a good location to reach other places on the island and close to two bus stops. They also offer fun tours every day to the main sights of the island. Our guide Billy was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time on the tours! It's also...

Overall stay was great so many friendly people there. The tours are great and the staff are very welcoming, free booze which was a plus. It was cleaned every day, only bad thing is that there is no air con in the rooms, so got very hot at night. Also the location isn't great would recommend hireing a car.

Definitely one of the best hostels I have stayed at. There are great vibes and awesome people here. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and contribute to the parties at night. The hostel is a bit isolated from everything, but this is fine because the daily tours the hostel offers are AMAZING. Props to the tour guides Billy and Adam....

There are so many great things about this place. The common grounds are awesome with a hot tub, pool table, great kitchen, well priced laundry. The daily tours are the best feature I've seen at any hostel across the islands! Most of the staff are friendly with only one being of no help. They've done well considering they are all...

This is a great hostel that provides free tours everyday (a tip to the drivers is expected). The staff are wonderful fun people. If you like exploring and getting out and doing things I would definitely recommend hiring a car. Otherwise you feel extremely stuck at the hostel! The tours are great, but they are not your only option of...

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. In terms of amenities, there's nothing really special about it. The rooms are pretty basic, however, it has good WI-FI, a laundry room, and fully stocked kitchen. That said, what really sets it apart is the staff. Keep in mind, this is sort of a party hostel, so if...

Mediocre hostel. Cheap but ghetto. Drug friendly and socially thriving for promiscuous activity. If thats your scene, then this is your kind of place! Pros: -group excursions available (if u make the list) -both private & shared bathrooms available -hot tub & pool table amenities -cheap nightly rates for the island Cons: -location is bad (like really bad. In the...

Aloha and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback! We pride ourselves on our social atmosphere and awesome staff so we will make sure to do better to ensure every guest gets the best experience from them! Wailuku is a less tourist town but it is centrally located on the island which makes it easy to get to...

The first cool thing is that you are in Maui but the most amazing part of it is how you are gonna feel comfortable with everyone there! You get to experience the island with people from all over the world and share amazing stories and adventures! I love that place is just like a "little" BIG family! It's perfect for...
