Napili Village Hotel is one of the best kept secrets on Maui. Here, you'll find the best in value, the comforts of home, and a relaxed, no-frills vibe.

This family-owned hotel is just steps from beautiful Napili Bay. It might not be beachfront, but it's as close as you can get, and you'll avoid the crowds and noise that a busy day at the beach can bring. Every room features a lanai overlooking our private, enclosed garden planted with tropical flowers and fruits. Relax poolside shaded by gracious palm trees. Or take a stroll along the coastal trail and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with views of Lana'i and Moloka'i in the distance.

Our hotel has just 30 units, each measuring 500 square feet. There are studio and one-bedroom layouts, some with partial ocean views. Every unit has a full kitchen stocked with all the necessary housewares. In February of 2020, the rooms underwent light renovations, including fresh paint and all new furnishings and bedding.

Napili is located in West Maui, just south of Kapalua. Maui is famous for its microclimates, and Napili tends to be cooler and greener than nearby Kaʻanapali. Napili Bay forms a near-perfect horseshoe, and its sandy bottom and gentle surf make for one of Maui's best swimming and snorkeling beaches. With grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance - plus a board shop, activities vendor, and salon located on property - you'll find all of Maui's comforts here at Napili Village Hotel.

Most affordable accommodations on Maui. Spent 3 night here to explore the area. Napili Bay is gorgeous... calm water, soft sand. Got up early and had the whole beach to myself. By 9 everyone was out. Free continental breakfast, beach is a very short walk away, paddleboarding and surf shop just across the street. Restaurant on the beach. Napili Village makes Maui affordable. Our remaining days were spent in Hana ($300/nt) and at the Frand Wailea ($500/rm/nt). Long way from $120 at Napili Village. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we have been here for business meetings with about 20 people. Good value and a nice place. The more expensive places on the water would have saved about a minute getting into Napili Bay so this is a better deal. No loud people, or music when we were hear each time. 12B above the office gets a good breeze but it also gets full sun morning and afternoon.

I have just returned from another great Maui vacation and stay at Napili Village. Napili Village is a gem in the Napili area. It is steps from Napili Bay and a short walk to Kapalua Bay. There is a shopping plaza near by as well as the Kapalua Resort area. Napili Village is not the fanciest resort in the area, however, it is rich in traditional Hawaiian charm and Aloha. You will be treated as Ohana from all the staff members. The housekeepers have both been on site for many many years. The office staff was once again very accommodating and the grounds are kept beautifully. There is a snorkel shop, surf shop and spa onsite. The pool is great. It is surrounded by beautiful plants and tall palm trees. There is charcoal grill next to the pool for BBQing. You will also be treated to breakfast on Friday mornings. It is a nice opportunity to meet staff and other vacationing guests. Coffee is served free every morning in the Ohana Room. The area in general is quiet and relaxing. It is the perfect place to watch the palms sway, listen to the birds sing and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

We stayed in unit 25B, upstairs with the lanai facing the pool courtyard. It was a very small 1 bedroom with full kitchen but no counterspace. We spent very little time in the apartment as the beach was just outside our door! We walked the trail to the Ritz Carlton and DT Fleming beach every day. Napili beach ranged from bathtub calm to raging waters during the week we were there in January. The condos were very modest and some were owner occupied so it didn't feel touristy at all. The pool was unheated and I never saw anyone using it, but it was clean. I missed having gas grills. There were a few bugs (roaches) in the unit every day but we kind of expect that in the tropics! It was super clean. We heard no noise coming from the nearby surf shop as some people have complained of. There is a shave ice truck that parks in the parking lot on certain days, so that was very convenient and fun! Overall we loved Napili and would definitely come back to this condo, which was far more affordable than the surrounding properties.
