This is for unit 201 only. I must say, for the first time, I am very disappointed. After traveling all day, as most of us do, I walked in, to find filth. I was going to set my bags down, then sit on the sofa to chill for a few. However, the once beige sofa, was filthy black. It looked... More

Lets just say I have never been more insulted in my life. As avid travelers, we would rather throw away $400 than have to be subjected to the worst property managers I have ever met. Lee and Lisa have zero personal skills nor have any experience with hospitality. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. The owners live... More

We stayed in Room 116 at The Napili Bay. We were lucky to have parking for I see other places that are adjacent to this hotel have to park on the side of this road, and even the main road. We were greeted by the property manager as his room was 4 rooms before ours. The room was not furnished... More

Fourth stay at this complex, all in different units. 101 is partially remodeled and nicely done. Being a ground floor end unit there's not as much privacy with everyone passing by able to see inside. As other reviewers say, the ocean roar is quite loud and can affect your sleep. But hey, that's what you're paying the big bucks for.... More

We booked unit 114 through Deanna Schaefer, who was extremely helpful, especially when we encountered flight delays. The unit is very well equipped, including lots of "toys" for the beach. The unit is basically live in ready not just short stay ready. It is well lit, with numerous outlets, some with usb ports in place. The view from the lanai... More

I did not go into the water. However, I saw many people snorkeling there, so I assume it's a nice place for snorkeling. What I I enjoyed is the coast trail along the beach. It's beautiful and good place to watch the sunset and go on a walk with your family.

Love Napili Bay, it's my favorite for lounging and relaxing and you can't beat having two amazing restaurants on either side, one for breakfast and one for dinner. Been coming to the west side for years and feel right at home. Make sure to keep eyes open for turtles!

Where do I begin? UNit 102 is literally on the water.. you go to sleep at night with the sound of the waves softly rollling in. There is absolutely everything thing you could possibly need in this unit. I mean, literally pack your suit & shorts and that is it! We had such an amazing week, 8/6/15-8/12/15. Ive been coming... My wife and I grew up on the beaches of SoCal. Stayed #203 two weeks in July 2015. Right on the sand. Great ocean view. Ample lanai. Comfy bed. Sounds of the surf. Warm water. Good snorkeling close in. Unit needs an update but at this excellent price who can complain? Well....man, this beach was sweet in its day but... More

We have stayed at this property perhaps 20 times. We especially like #108 because of location and contemporary build out. The location right on the beach is virtually unparalleled . This is not a hotel, you have to clean up after yourselves, you are staying in someone's else's home, be respectful of their stuff and sensible rules. The unit is... More

“Lower levels of this two level structure can hear walking traffic from the room above.”

“Now to the view: This condo, Unit 207, is second floor center, right on the ocean. In the picture you will notice a large tree and might wonder, like I did, "Hm, does that tree block the view?" And well, yes, it does block 1/3 of your ocean view, so you will see the wave side of the beach and the rocks on the left, but you will not see most of the calm side of the beach. If you are looking for a totally unobstructed sweeping view, you may want to pick a different unit. When we booked, however, this unit was priced lower than many of the others, probably because it hasn't been totally updated and has the obstruction, but we decided to give it a try. In the end, we made peace with the tree. It really is lovely, and you will still have an excellent view and location, all for an excellent price. I recommend this unit!”
