I really enjoyed Kahana falls. We had a goid view we were on the top floor. The hot tub was awesome with a sand bottom. The hot tub was checked daily and topped up as needed. The Coi pond was really near. I would definately stay again. You cpuld walk across the street snd there was access to the beach...

I booked it through priceline express deal where stated it was a 3.5 start hotel, and I would say it's even not a motel...the room is super super small which can just fit a queen bed, that's it. Too bad for a family with kid, my 6 year old can only sleep on the ground, as the space cannot fit...

We stayed in 1 and 2 bedrooms and it was a nice stay overall if you know what to expect. Yes there are some amazing properties on Kaanapali beach but are pricey. Both the rooms we got had an ocean view and mornings with windows open felt awesome with ocean in distance and sounds of water fountain from their pool......

Could Have Done Better .... but with that said we booked at the last minute and we're grateful to have a room over Christmas. We had a studio room with a Murphy bed. The mattress was just okay but could feel the springs. The cleanliness (a huge feature for me) was good with the exception of all of the cupboard...

We exchanged our RED RCI week from a gorgeous resort (Junior Suite) in Cabo for this property. In our opinion, this resort in no way measures up to our home resort. For starters, for your RCI exchange, you get a one bedroom "lock-out" with only one window - and ours looked out onto the parking lot. Very claustrophobic. We must...

Thank you for taking the time and giving us your feedback. We apologize that you didn't experience a similar unit as your red RCI week. Hopefully this doesn't occur in the future.

We just spent two weeks here, and were disappointed and disgusted with our exchange. There appears to be quite a difference between the one bedrooms and the lockouts. We got the lockout, studio room and it was disgusting. The room was very small and dark with zero outdoor space. There is one window, which they've half covered with a valance....

We own at this resort; we're very happy to see units being upgraded and the changes are nice. We love seeing Betty F. each time we visit (she's wonderful). The staff is always helpful; especially Lori and Nathan.

The place was horrible, we booked it thru our timeshare exchange which is RCI and I was very disappointed. We had a hotel style room which was extremely small. It was one of the bedrooms to the adjoining unit. The walls were paper thin I could hear the conversations in the adjoining room. The rooms were dirty, I found ants...

We stayed in a one bedroom unit in one of the towers. As many have said, the units are a little dated. I think new carpeting would do wonders. The balcony looked out into the center courtyard, which is lush and beautiful. No beach view. Think very carefully about whether you will be happy on an island with gorgeous beaches...

When we arrived we checked in and found an uncleaned room! We were disgusted and the manager offered to waive only 1 nights energy fee ($5). Not much near this resort, no direct beach access. Staff is friendly enough but not knowledgeable. VERY stingy with towels- don't lose one or it will cost you $25. Mostly an older, retired, crowd...
