We stayed at one of the suites and had a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. The room had a well equipped kitchen. Groceries were readily available from the Aaina gourmet market and also from the nearby Lahaina mall. They have two lovely pools oneof which has a water slide very popular with kids and adults. The room...

This is my second time back. I was here 4 years ago. It was very nice. Now, things are a bit run down. The mattress has a hole were you lay down. The maid is every other day and when they do come in, they don't even vacuum the floor (beach front hotel) and they don't wipe down the bathroom...

We rented a 3BR/3BA through VRBO, Hokulani 629 and it was beautiful. If you go on the VRBO website, you'll see the pictures of the unit and it is a perfect depiction of the unit. Nice sized kitchen where we made b'fasts, easy snacks, lunches if we didn't order from Duke's, airy living room and the rooms were all nice...

I would not stay here if I didn't have little kids because it is definitely geared for kids. But I do (3 and 6) and we had a ball. We rented through Vacasa and they were great at communicating before the trip and easy to work with once we got to the island. The 2bdr condo (Konea 933) was big,...

Honua Kai is not a typical resort. Many people are there that seem to stay regularly, cook on the outdoor grills. There is only 1 restaurant on the property. This resort is very pretty. The property is fairly new and well maintained. The rooms are great for space - one bedroom, with washer and dryer. But they don't come everyday...

Beautiful views, huge lanai, big rooms. We used the complimentary valet parking which I loved. We were in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. All the comforts of home and everything is new. A couple of things negative: no a/c control in the master bedroom, the maid service did not empty the trash can in the kitchen and it was...

We stayed during spring break. We loved the resort. Quiet rooms, big lanai's with retractable walls. We had a partial ocean view. The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was spacious wuth tub and large shower. Full kitchen, indoor and/outdoor tables/chairs. The valet staff were friendly and efficient. Self parking okay, too. The pools and hot tubs were lovely....

We have stayed here for our honey on and repeated trips. Great location close to shops, restaurants and amenities. Great pools with one for kids and families and the other quiet for adult relaxation as well as right on the beach. So close to public beaches for paddle boarding snorkelling and viewing sea turtles.

This is a great resort. The key word in that sentence is "resort". We have stayed in South Maui (Kihei-Wailea) and West Maui (Ka'anapali) for many years. Our stays have included the Fairmont, Grand Wailea, Andaz, Westin, Sheraton, Hyatt. They are all great. If you are unhappy in Maui, you may be just unhappy. Since our kids have arrived we...

This place was perfect for our large family vacation. We didn't want to eat out for every meal so the full kitchen was perfect. Made a Safeway run on the way in and stocked up. They have grills out by the oils too. They make up the rooms every other day. The kids really enjoyed the 3 pools and the...
