Great storms bring beautiful rainbows! Our first trip to this resort and we arrived during bad weather. Don't believe I can evaluate amenities because things were not normal and closures were required due to extremely high winds, but I can say that the team at the Beach Club was very helpful and the views were heavenly.
We’ve stayed here twice this year and we always have a lot of fun and everything is very easy and convenient. The rooms are all updated with new furniture, very clean, fully stocked with everything you need, and the bathrooms in the room are great for families. So spacious with two sinks and separate tub and shower make it so everyone can do what they need at once. The hotel staff are very helpful and attentive. The pool is heated and great for kids, especially the water slide and hot tubs. Is it a Four Seasons? No, but you’ll get everything you need like food, drinks, and friendly staff. The hotel itself could use a fresh coat of paint and some updated decor but a part of me wishes it stays the same because it has 90s charm and is the best price you’ll get on Maui for a resort stay. You’ll see ya again here!…
Beautiful location, excellent staff, wonderful amenities! We will definitely return to Ka'anapali Beach Club. Never need to leave reort because they have everything. But it is walking distance to restaurants, shops and store. And you can drive 2-3 miles in either direction and have many other shopping, dining and activites options. All accessible by local bus or rental car.
Don't hesitate to stay here. Right on the beach. Well maintained. Great pool(s). Friendly staff. Food truck park behind and groecry store across the street / ABC store 2 blocks away. It's a little dated, but all you need to make breakfast and lunch is in the kitchen. And you can BBQ onsite or walking distance to multiple other food options (try the Aston next door and Maui fish market down the street !)
Room was fantastic. Spacious and clean. Could not connect any of our 4 devices to WIFI. Concierge / front desk was useless with their assistance. Very bad for 2023. Resort wide alarm woke us. Turned out to be a false alarm. Second alarm happened 45 minutes later. False alarm again. Needless to say, it was a terrible stay. Will not stay here again and would not recommend.
Timeshare has limited handicap parking, staff solutions to the problem is valet park your car. Kitchen has no stove, their solution is a warming pan. Timeshare presentation staff is arrogant, especially Peter, insults your intelligence. They start with 80,000 and work down to about 20,000. Go to timeshare resellers and pay 1,500. Very big scam.
Front desk staff was very proficient with the check-in process. Amazing views of the ocean with daily whale activity seen from the balcony. Hotel staff kept in touch regularly to ask if we needed anything or how our stay was going.
We selected this Beach club through our vacation club-it was perfect-excellent accommodations- room was very spacious, clean and fully stocked which fit our needs. Our room was quiet and the ease of being able to do laundry was a plus! The Pool and bar atmosphere was wonderful too! Location is walking distance to the food trucks, beach, grocery store. We look forward to our next trip. If you are in doubt --rest assured this facility will meet all your needs!
About 45 min drive from the main airport and is easy to get to, and they have a 2-level underground parkade on-site.......really convenient. Good location right on the water near Ka'anapali Beach; close to a supermarket, quite a few restaurants, and the food trucks are practically across the street. The rooms are a little dated, but it's still nice and roomy for a 1 bedroom and it does what it's supposed to do. Pool area is nice with lots of chairs. Take-out 'restaurant' service was fast, friendly, and they had really good food. The beach is quite small right at the resort, however, a 5 minute walk gets you on Ka'anapali Beach, and it goes on forever, with lots of shops and places to eat along the beach. Decent little souvenir shop on-site, with shirts, toiletries, sunscreen, basic food items, some alcohol. Overall, pretty good place; likely would go back.…
Is the property Is OK and the location is good. However there seems to be some sort of dispute as this was a diamond resource and now is changing over to Hilton. What has happened is that We have been here for 8 days and no one has cleaned our room. We have requested cleaning and no luck. They did come on Sunday morning before 8 AM. I asked them to come back In a few minutes and nothing I went to the front desk and spoke to them and they said we will get right on it but nothing. Also they've cut back a lot on some of the niceties you should have for instance the bar in the hotel has some entertainment but only for a couple hours And not even every day. So the bar is deserted and actually pretty sad. I'm not sure why they do this as drinks are 12 to $15 I'm sure they make plenty of money should they have customers . Yesterday there was a very good singer but as soon as he quit everyone left. Here are some pictures of what a room looks like that hasn't been cleaned for 8 days even though we have asked. The hotel's official policy is to serve you better We won't clean your room and we will surcharge you an extratan percent percent This site has potential but the management is horrible…
