The hotel is a great, busy location on the beach by Whalers village. The room itself was old, dated and attracted roaches, of which I killed three during my stay. Also, sand and waste water was backing up in the bathroom sink while an upstairs room used their bathroom.

have stayed in this hotel numerous times right on the beach, walking distance to Whalers village, this the only Hawaiian hotel ,reasonable rates, great ocean views. this Ohanna in K\Hawaiian means family first and they do, great restaurant on property
Overall a GREAT place to stay and will recommend it every time!!! Everyone had a cheerful attitude and the grounds were breathtaking. The hotel is within walking distance to a shopping center and restaurants including a little snack type store.
