We had a wonderful stay while celebrating our 25th anniversary. It's a beautiful resort, great pool and location. Only downside, hotel was at capacity while dining was at 50% during covid, unable to eat dinner on the property without a reservation which needed to be made prior to arrival. Ended up eating in downtown Lahaina which actually worked out nicely.

We have stayed here many times. 10 years ago we were here for our 50th wedding anniversary. I am a widow now and brought my daughter and granddaughter. Always a great place to stay and enjoyed very much again, Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint - guests would go to the pool early at 0700 in the morning and place pool towels in the chairs - then leave and not come back for some time. By the time in mid morning we went to the pool, all chairs were taken. A sign was posted "do not reserve". This was evidently not enforced.

The resort and staff were great. Only thing is the drinks are pricey. 18 dollars for a cocktail and only 1 hour for happy hour. The other thing is the AC doesn't go below 68 in the rooms. Overall though it was a very nice resort. Breakfast and staff were great. We will be back as long as drink and room prices don't increase.

The Hyatt Regency Resort in Maui was an excellent choice for our stay in Maui. Everywhere you turned was picture-worthy. It was beautifully maintained inside and out. The addition of the birds, penguins, flamingos and swans were a welcome enhancement to the property overall. The design and spaciousness of the pool area, both adult and kiddie, was outstanding as was the outside eating area and Swan Court with the most gorgeous views everywhere.
