I found a couple units that say they have King beds (Rental 244972 and 311857) vrbo site. I am sure you can find something,

Our condo overlooked the pool, so I would have noticed it being busy or noisy. It was very quiet. It's the only pool we used. I don't believe the pool was heated. It certainly didn't need to be.
