Just stayed with friends in unit #306 which is on the north-ish side of the condo. Pros: view, chairs/towels provided, kitchen well-equipped for basic cooking, appliances new, pretty clean. Cons: the front room with twin beds is super noisy - every morning at 7:30/8am (that...More
We booked Room 205 through the owner. We enjoyed a fabulous view of the beach and park. Our 2b/2b unit was spacious and in excellent condition. When in the unit, we spent most of our time on the large lanai.
We appreciated that we could...More
We stayed in Unit 317 and had a spectacular week. The highlight of these units are the easy beach access. Our family spent a lot of time at the beach and also at the pool, which was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was...More

Mahalo for a terrific review. We love hearing all about your great experiences. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Have a great holiday season from all of us here at Ali'i Resorts
Gorgeous view, huge lanai! Rooftop deck (was too hot, but it was gorgeous)!
Stunning beaches (though waves were too big by lunchtime for the kids, so we went in the morning - or went to the pool).
The A/C (central air, must be kept...More

The entire building runs along the road. There is a parking lot in between tho. The condos either face the water or have a side view of it. You need to verify with your condo owner about the view they are offering. Even though the road is in front the noise level is not an issue. We has a side view condo, and our bedroom windows faced the road. The sounds did not disturb our sleep and we could still hear the crashing waves, which was very soothing.
Yes, the building is one of the older ones on the island. But being individually owned, some condos have been updated while others haven't. Again, ask your owner for info, and make sure you verify what basic staples are included, including cleaning, paper goods and who to contact locally in case of an issue.
The views are beautiful, the pool very nice, a public access beach right next door (the condo beach is rocks and not an entry area, but great for watching turtles, and for snorkeling.)
The BBQ up on the roof is very nice but can be crowded and the railings/wall (for safety) mean you can't really see the views if you are sitting up there. BBQ up there and take your meal back to your condo for dinner on the patio.
