This is the first time we rented a condo and overall had a great experience . We got one for 5 days as a wedding present and Sugar Beach Resort was a great location on the beach. The condo was perfect with all that we wanted and needed . The first one was a short stay for 2 nights and the only complaint was the bed mattress . The management company was outstanding and was very accommodating to our needs and wishes.

Sunny Maui as a rental management company was excellent to deal with. We had a few issues with our condo, but they addressed them immediately and we were fairly compensated for any inconvenience. They made an extensive effort to make sure your stay at any of their locations is acceptable by calling and asking if everything was good. The only mistake we made was we should have spoken up sooner about the few things like a couple cleaning issues and maintenance repairs that were minor. We waited until our trip was almost over, but they still were willing to work with us.

Recently we stayed in the town of Kihei in beautiful south Maui. This was our first trip to this island and wow we were so pleasantly surprised on how stunning it was. We chose to stay at the beautiful Sugar Beach Resort at a stunningly upgraded oceanfront condo hosted by Sunny Maui Vacations. They took such great care of us we know there is no other place to stay now. Sometimes it’s not just the property to stay in, it’s the people who manage it that make all the difference on your experience. Way to go Sunny Maui Vacations, we’ll be sure to be back!

I can’t say enough praise about my recent experience on Maui. Three months ago we had the hardest time deciding the right home away from home for our once in a lifetime trip. When we arrived, we were welcomed with such a clean and highly upgraded condo. The next day we were relaxing on the oceanfront lanai when we received an unexpected “Aloha call” from the team at Sunny Maui Vacations. They called to make sure we were comfortable and asked if there was anything we would like assistance with. We thought well since they were asking yes, we would love ideas on things to do on the island since it was our first time. Much to our surprise they offered to provide us with a personalized list of their favorites. We decided on a few of the activities and so glad we did them! If you ever get a chance to go to Maui, my wife and I HIGHLY recommend SunnyMauiVacations AirBnb. The host, Viktoria is very proactive in her communications, the condo in Kehei is right across the road from a very nice beach and the condo and property grounds are very nice. If we get the chance to visit Maui again we will definitely see if this is available again!

I recently visited Maui for the first time and absolutely fell in love with it! I highly recommend visiting South Maui in the town of Kihei because there is where you have the opportunity to stay at one of Viktoria’s condos! I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never received such great service from a company that truly cares about your experience! The condo we stayed in was just perfect! It came equipped with a fully supplied kitchen, beds that were super comfortable and it was decorated just beautifully! We were centrally located to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. We requested an early check in because of our long travel the night before and not only did she respond immediately she honored it! That was great way to start the trip. We utilized the concierge offerings and by doing that we were able to elevate all of our experiences that we couldn’t have possibly have done on our own! Thank you to Viktoria and her team for making our stay a trip of a lifetime that we will forever hold in our memories!…

We were very happy with our condo when we arrived. It was clean, close to the beach (which is alot nicer then some comments suggested) I would go over every morning and read my book and watch the waves and people walk by. We didnt use the pool or hot tub but saw lots of people using them. Staff are friendly and are always around doing regular maintenance or lawn care which is nice to see Bed was comfy, the guest book was fun to read and the kitchen had everything we needed. All in all a great stay. Thanks for everything. We'll be back!

My wife, 2 year old toddler and myself had a wonderful time in Maui staying at Viktoria’s place run by Sunny Maui Vacations on AirBNB. Great value for the price. Nothing fancy, but definitely had everything you need for a base to enjoy Maui. Place is clean, well supplied and spacious one bedroom. Viktoria and her team were very helpful with island tips and answering any questions. Pool area is good, clean and good sun, nothing fancy. It in on the northern end of Kihei, so a bit quieter and you needed to drive south to attend most beaches or restaurants, but Everything to Wailea is with 12 minutes. It has a great lava rock surrounded swimming area in the water on the beach a cross the street, great for a toddler to swim and protected from the waves. Huge bonus is the turtles who often spend the day laying on the rocks and swimming. I would definitely recommend it …
