What a wonderful place to stay and thrive in Maui! Eva and Jim are the consummate hosts with beautiful personal suites, awesome communal areas (living and dining areas and tropical outside spaces), and a wealth of knowledge about what to see and do on Maui. Breakfast is served on the dining lanai which has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean...

This is the third time we've stayed with Eva and Jimmie. They are so gracious and accommodating. I really appreciated all the recommendations and suggestions they gave us on what to see along with helpful tips about what to wear, use of bug spray, best time to go to avoid traffic etc. An awesome place to stay in Kihei!!!!

Had a wonderful stay here! Place was clean and had everything we could have needed! Breakfast was delicious, great location, and free parking. Eva was super nice and even let us keep our luggage there an extra day after we checked out, as we were staying on a boat for a night and didn't feel comfortable leaving everything in our...

We only stayed here one night and wished we had stayed longer. It is comparable in price to the other B&B's in the area. It was our favorite. It was clean, the rooms were large and so COZY. The breakfast was continental and average. The main house and view from the dining area was beautiful. The owners were really nice...

Stayed at 'What a Wonderful Word' for nine nights in the largest suite. Found the room clean, tidy, cosy and equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable stay and felt very safe. Eva was an amazing hostess, who made us feel so welcome. She even went out of her way to arrange a reservation for us at the Goat Dairy,...

Eva was awesome in making me feel welcome, and helping me plan my stay. Really nice place with a great view of the ocean. Great breakfast and snacks in the room. Only negative is it's a ~20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

Sitting on my lanai amidst the ferns and palms, I am at peace. Ava is welcoming and by the end if our time, felt like a friend. The rooms are as advertised. They are clean. And did I mention my own lanai (deck).

Wonderful place to stay. They have a wonderful breakfast and apple bananas that are fantastic! they let you borrow beach towels/umbrellas/chairs and even use their washer/dryer. It was clean and the owners answered questions about the area and things to do. The bed/pillow were awesome and I have a bad back. kudos. Each room has it's own private entrance with...

The room was spacious and lovely. The price was right and the hospitality was superb and Eva is great fun. They let me shower in the p.m. before my red-eye flight, making travel much more comfortable!
