Room keys date irresponsible - took 10+ swipes before it registered, and I went to front desk to get it changed and it still did the same (not just to my room but to the entry way to the rooms as well)... Paid nearly $400+ for this room...

The surroundings are nice, but the rooms are pretty small... On top of that, there are fees for everything, no free breakfast, no free parking, it's the most expensive motel stay you'll ever pay for...

We stayed here on 9/22/22 and found the room totally, unsanitary and disgusting... The two queen bed mattresses both sagged on one side, the pillows were lumpy and overall the room was unsanitary and appeared to not have been cleaned properly in some time... We checked out early due to the room condition and attempted to get a refund but was told it was against hotel policy...

came here for my birthday, chose this place because it was the cheapest place i could find (they were having a black friday deal). It was a little under $2,000 for 7 days, 6 nights including parking ($15/day)... I didn't really want to spend too much money as I wasn't planning on staying at the hotel too long and I can see why the price reflected the place... we even saw what looked like blood stains on the wall.. anyways, it you're tight for money and you don't think you'll stay in the hotel long, this is the place for you!...

Have to pay $15 per night parking when already paying a daily resort charge...I don't care for all the nickel & dime charges that most hotels do now... We arrived late from the mainland and had a flight the next day to Molokai, and so booked a night here... While it was late we'd hope for a cup of tea; but there were no coffee cups in the room, one tea bag and one coffee bag... The beds were okay and the air conditioner worked on low (and as such was quiet)... The shower was tiny but clean and adequate and had good pressure, and the towels were large, new and fluffy... We ate breakfast in the restaurant - scrambled eggs, ham in pineapple sauce, sausage, pancakes, fruit, porridge, guava juice, coffee and tea, All for $15.96US per person... On arrival we had to take a taxi, as the shuttle was not operating, supposedly... When we took the shuttle the next day back to the airport, the driver told us he had still been working when we arrived and would have picked us up?... The taxi fare however was just $15US... Of the staff, most kudos go to the shuttle driver...

We even called in advance of booking online and was told "o yes, we have a fitness center"... After checking in we followed the signs to the fitness center to get a little exercise after 10 hours in planes (and was also planning a morning workout)... Not only that, but they claim that the "resort" fee is for the use of the fitness center and internet... It will probably come as no surprise to find out the internet just happened to be down that night too...

Maintenance crew was expedient to replace the two broken lamps within the room... Front desk personnel warm and hospitable...

Delightful little oasis close to the airport (yet somehow never heard a plane). The service from check in to checkout was friendly and accommodating and the amenities were endless... The airport, mall, shopping centers were just a few minutes away, some even walking distance (Queen Ka’ahumanu Mall)... The rooms were well kept, the view over looked the ocean and I even got to catch a glimpse of a canoe race!... They also provided lots of games and a pool table in the lobby... Upon arrival they were handing out free water bottles and directed me to their water refill station... They have an on-site restaurant which was also convenient, I only went in for breakfast but you can’t go wrong with a $15 breakfast buffet... Definitely will be back a little longer, hoping to enjoy their pool area and watch another canoe race :)...

Five out of Five for what I wanted this hotel to be: a place to sleep in between Maui adventures... This hotel was perfectly situated to start our Maui vacation... Would be nice to have access to it, but I imagine they would have to raise the prices to maintain it probably... Pool was a little over chlorinated Ice machine was out while we were there Breakfast buffet was missing a few food items like pancakes and Portuguese sausage, such a bummer as that is what we were looking forward to the most!...
