I had the pleasure of staying at Maui Ocean Breezes for 3 nights. Haiku is a quiet part of the island, and the location gives you easy access to close points on the Hana Highway, or a trip all the way out there. It's also close to both Haiku town and Paia. My room was large and cozy, and my... More

My 92 year old mother and I recently spent a few days at the Whispering Bamboo Cottage at Maui Ocean Breezes and had a wonderful time in a glorious tropical garden space with a charming cottage full of whimsy as you can see on the website. We were greeted by Anjali the owner in such a warm way... She so... More

First of all, the location was great for our family as a starting point for the road to Hana, which was the highlight of our vacation. Also, very convenient to Paia, which was a perfect place for dinner out or finding food and wine to go for a day on the beach. The owner Angali was very responsive and flexible... More

We stayed but one night before setting out on the road to Hana: they had an opening for a single night, and slipped us in (despite their usual policy of asking for multi-night stays). We wish we had stayed for multiple nights: it's magnificent. The grounds are utterly exquisite, with a variety of fruit trees, flowering plants, and frogs. (Cute... More

If getting from it all is your goal - don't look any further. Peaceful romantic setting with the ocean in the background. Feels like you are on another planet with no hustle and bustle of Kihei or Kaanapali. Enjoy your outdoor breakfast or prepare your own sunset dinner are the only "hard" choices you will have to make. Baldwin beach... More

Located in the north center of the island, this is a perfect place to base your explorations. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit is very clean. Lots of windows provide great views of the ocean and jungle, and open to allow a very pleasant breeze to cool you down at night. If we return to Maui, we would definately... More

What a find. Came all the way from Australia and was not disappointed. Five nights. Jace the caretaker was very generous with the tour of his organic garden. So interesting. So knowlegable. A definite bonus. All highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Maui Ocean Breezes. Each time I have stayed in the Swaying Palms Studio. It is the perfect size for two people. What I love about Maui Ocean Breezes is how quiet and peaceful it is. It offers beautiful views of the ocean, the grounds are beautifully maintained, fresh fruit is available in the gardens,... This was my 3rd stay in the Whispering Bamboo cottage. I came with my mom and sister one year, my teenage son the following year, and then I visited on my own this year. There's a reason I've returned ! The 2 bdrm cottage is cozy and private, and sits on a lovely quiet property filled with lush tropical vegetation... More

This was my sixth trip to Maui and I've grown to love the lush, tropical, laid back setting of some of the homes and bed and breakfasts along the Hana highway. Hibiscus Hideaway catapulted to the all time favorite when my family and I stayed there the last week of April. Our vacation goal was to relax far enough away... More
