We love to stay at Sunset Kahili 307 because this complex is very quiet and has amazing views. It is a short walk to Poipu beach and there is also a pool at the complex. The grocery store is available in Koloa for shopping. Restaraunts can be found within a short walk or drive. This unit is well stocked with everything... More

We love this condo development. It is inexpensive and has great views of the beach and the sunset. We walked down almost every night to the beach to watch the sunset. The rooms are good size with full kitchens and the maintenance staff is great. The common areas are clean and orderly. Definitely recommend!

this lovely old building is in the (first) best location on the Kauai South Shore. From your Lanai, bedroom, and kitchen watch Whales (in the winter) dolphin, turtles, and divers. Sunsets are awesome, and even the sunrises are worth getting up for. beautiful, quiet pool, and reserved parking, plus elevator.

We had such a wonderful time in unit 501, albeit it was a short visit. We wish we could have stayed longer. The units on the upper levels have such beautiful views. We spent an entire afternoon on our lanai enjoying the whales and the out of this world sunsets. The units are a little dated but we didn't care... More

I gave this 3 starts quite frankly because my stay there was fine- however there is no space for anything, the pool is small and the noise level is amplified by the L shape of the building. other than that the room was fine despite the building has seen better days.

The condo was nice, but I has hoped to be closer to the ocean. It was a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. It was a convenient location with nearby restaurants, my favorite within walking distance was Brenneke's. The condo was quiet with many year round residents. The swimming pool was slightly larger than a bath tub, but really,... More

My husband and I stayed in 307 and were quite surprised at the view we had...amazing! We whaled watched for the 8 days we stayed and were not disappointed whatsoever with the photographs we got. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The only negative is the very uncomfortable hard mattress and squeaky bed whenever one of us turned... More

If you're lucky enough to snag one of these rooms, especially on a higher floor, you won't be disappointed. There is a bit of individual variation (given different owners that lend the rooms out through a rental agency), but given the location (Poipu, right on the ocean, 15 mins walking from Poipu beach), and the spaciousness of a condo, this... Thank you for the nice review but 401 is a permanent resident, not a rental. Maybe 402 if it was a one bedroom. Sunset Kahili cannot be beat for price or view. More

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed in room 408 for 5 nights and it perfectly suited us. They shared the larger, ocean facing room at front and I the very pleasant 2nd bedroom on the road side. It's a quiet location with beautiful views from most rooms and cooling breezes. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we... More

Sunset Kahili is in a five star location with five star views It's a little dated but si are we. The sole reason for this negative review is due to their on site manager Scott The first night he woke us up at 5 am to complain about the TV being too loud and I made too much noise loading... More
