This was the most beautiful hotel imaginable. Poipu is perfectly situated for exploring Kaua'i. The staff was welcoming and most accommodating. I wouldn't change a thing except to have more time to stay here.

The rooms here need a GOOD deep cleaning!!! I don't care how busy you are. There was toothpaste all over the wood front of bathroom sinks, toilet had an icky sewage smell. Shower was not clean. Paint touch ups desperately needed in bathroom. Wallpaper in hallways peeling & tattered. Not acceptable for $400 a night. Quite ridiculous actually. If you...

We visited Grand Hyatt Kauai for our honeymoon in April. The landscaping and the grounds of this hotel are magnificent, this really can't be denied. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and Kauai itself is very beautiful, but this hotel slightly missed the mark for us. Firstly the pools are amazing, they look fantastic, but they are very...

This was our first trip away from our daughter, our first time to Kauai, and our first time staying at a Hyatt. It was wonderful. You are pampered from the moment that you pull up and they greet you with a fresh flower lei. The resort has the amenities of a large resort, but never feels too gigantic. It has...

It is always nice to visit this property. It is a large Resort, but it gives you a lot of options. My favorite part of the hotel is definitely the Pool. There is a nice lazy river, a slat water pool area, and of course a slide. This pool does not dissapoint. There is also a lot of dining options...

We enjoyed our second stay at the Grand Hyatt. We traveled during Spring Break and it didn't seem too busy at all because of the size of this place. We sprung for the Club option, and was a bit disappointed this time around. The breakfast and appetizers were not as good and they do not have my Hawaiian drinks anymore....

In April 2014 we spent a week at the Grand Hyatt in Poipu with our 4 children who range in age from senior in high school to first grade. All that I can say is that this resort was perfect for our family. The pools and Lagoon were spacious with plenty of seating in the sun or in the shade....

Fell in love with the Grand Hyatt, this place is incredible. If you are thinking about staying here, just book it already! The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are fantastic, but I can't keep from dreaming about the pools. The salt water lagoon was our favorite spot to swim, the pool is large enough that even when busy you can...

The Grand Hyatt Kauai is way too big for my taste - like an apartment housing complex surrounding a golf course, that just happens to be on a beach. But, since there really are no boutique hotels on Kauai (and by boutique, I mean 30 rooms instead of 600 and an experience that can't be duplicated in 100 other locations),...
