This is a small, oceanfront, condominium complex with units rented directly from owners or through realtors. We booked Unit 304 from December 24, 2007 - January 3, 2008, through Poipu Connection Realty.
Sadly, this particular unit should be avoided until some major maintenance items get...More

Really only pros. Great view, great location, quiet. The cons are I suppose: decor is a little outdated, pool is small but the view is fabulous, master bedroom door is a sliding slatted door so it has limited privacy as it opens onto the living room but you can hear the ocean at night. We would definitely stay there again with our 3 grown children.
