We stayed in building 13 #69. We were told up front before booking that this room did not have A/C. I was extremely nervous since Hawaii is so hot but it turned out to be fine. There are ceiling fans and a floor fan in...More
Take a trip back to a time of manicured lawns and gardens with the palm trees swaying in the ocean breeze to the Kiahuna Plantation Resort in Poipu. We stayed in Outrigger managed Oceanview Building 6-#27, which is located upstairs, with no elevator, so you...More

Thank you for the nice review. We do not charge a resort fee. All amenities your described (beach chairs, towels, toys, Poipu Beach Athletic Club) are included in our nightly room rate.
Glad to hear you will be back.

I had a top floor unit and had a huge problem! You can hear the people next door if you’re in the bathroom or on the lanai. Of course it matters who “the people” are and I had two small yelling kids with the family who were there. But still not the most relaxing place!
And make sure the condo isn’t near the road or the bar across the street!
(Actually if you want quiet I wouldn’t stay there at all)
