Great location central to everything on the island. Updated interiors and pools are lovely. Staff are so friendly and helpful especially Lissa and Leilani (front desk) and Bryan, Melody, and Donna (servers). This has been and will continue to be my go to spot to stay on Kauai!!

Absolutely amazing!! One of our new favs for vaca: the staff: Leilani & Micah at reception made us feel like rockstars the minute we walked in. Everyone was super helpful & seemed genuinely happy to be there. They accommodated us with early check in with a a room upgrade that went above & beyond expectations! Super clean & well appointed surroundings with a beautiful pool area adjacent to the beach front. fuel your a.m. with a tasty buffet breakfast to start the day off right.

Wonderful ~ Location is great, walking distance to drug store, restaurants and shopping. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful with answering questions about Kauai and things to do and see. The luau right next door is an added plus. The resort itself is beautiful especially at night when they light the torches. Lounge chairs and hammocks on the beach are great for relaxing. While on the beach one day a monk seal was there sunning himself. We ate at the Crooked Surf located at the resort a few times and food was very good. Bart, who is one of the mangers was very nice making sure everyone was enjoying their stay.

Ka’ala was a very nice server. She’s great and very attentive and thoughtful. Hotel is great as well. facilities r nice and clean. i enjoyed the pool tables and such. sunrise was beautiful. overall good experience

We had a great time! 60th Birthday celebration. Love this resort and the staff. I stay started off perfectly y meeting Virgie at the front desk! She is a customer service expert!!!! We will be Back and enjoying the best customer experience possible! Very clean! Breakfast was fantastic!

Nice location in a cool area of Kauai. Nice pool and pretty good service. Outside restaurant food is an 8.1 / 10 however if the bartender named Jason is there I strongly recommend going to Lava Lava Lounge about 200 yards downwind. Yes he’s that terrible, it’s shocking he has a front of house job with Marriott. I’m a Marriott Ambassador status member for my third year so I interact with literally thousands of associates and he is by far the rudest, most obnoxious, and condescending service associate I have come across out of my 500+ nights at Marriotts in the past 2 or 3 years. Be sure not to asking him for what he recommends because his repeated reply is “well I don’t know what like so…” 2 seatings at his bar and the condescending and rude attitude of this guy is shocking and mind blowing for Marriott’s standards. So do yourself a favor if enjoying the property and you see a real pompous guy named Jason, RUN and go to Lava Lava Lounge instead where you will get treated with hospitality and professionalism.…

Had a fantastic time on the island. Hotel is centrally located and made it easy to get all over to see the views. One of the best parts were the evening cocktails by Kyle at the Crooked Surf. Over the week in Kauai Kyle provided us not only with great drinks, but excellent recommendations for things to do, tips to make them more fun, and great conversation. He went above and beyond to make our time here fantastic.

Great location, breakfast, rooms, pool. Was here a couple of days, but this was a great hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were spacious and great views of ocean. Path out by ocean was great for extensive walks.

Moa Moa restaurant at the hotel is amazing! Great food and ambiance. We had a wonderful salad, fish entree and chocolate dessert. It was a perfect anniversary dinner!!! Ask for Art… the best server!!
