We have enjoyed the Bay Club for many years, always returning to enjoy a relaxing time. Well kept, manicured landscape and friendly staff! It has good shuttle service to the beach or you can walk to restaurants, golf which is very close.

Returning to the Bay Club is always like going home. The staff are always willing to help in anyway they can. A one week stay is certainly not enough. The property continues to be upgraded making it just like home. It is certainly worth travelling half way around the world to spend time here.

Our family was assigned to a first floor unit which we could easily access to outside BBQ grille. The view was fantastic and clear. Kitchen was large and had everything we need. Only thing we wish to have in that resort was swimming pool. Its two swimming pools were too small for the size of entire complex.

Enjoyed Hawaii Big Island Holidays at Hilton Wikoloa Bay Club. The room was large enough, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed playing golf games since a golf club is very near. And got special discount golf play prices because of the same group.

This was our first stay at the Bay Club (1/21 - 1/28). We were very pleased with our two-bedroom unit. It was spacious and very comfortable. It featured new furnishings. We found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit in 2018.

Have been coming each year since 1996 and will continue to look forward to annual trips in spite of the long travel days to get to Paradise. The location on the Big Island provides many areas to see and things to do. I drive over 1000 miles each time I come to make sure that I see all the variables...

Of the 6 Grand Vacation locations we have stayed not in best condition. Electrical issues with unit and door to patio needed repair. Other interior parts showed lots a wear. 14 cats on the patio is more that a problem. Nothing special and was an average golf course unit. Our stay was to see the island and fulfilled why we...

Our unit was great--very spacious and comfortable. We also loved the water feature right outside our balcony as we were close to the parking area. The location was also great--nice walking path and a shuttle so that we could go anywhere in the area with ease. We also thought the pool area was very nice.

Stayed here for 1 week of our 2 week vacation and really liked it. Very clean, kitchen stocked with all the utensils, & kitchen items that we wanted. Super nice condo unit that I would recommend! Convenient location to many island attractions. Aloha!!

The Bay Club is consistently a nice place to stay. It's older but so are its guests. Many folks (like us) return year after year. I would call if comfortable...and in a good way. Hilton manages this property and it is always up to Hilton standards. Beds are comfortable and so is the furniture. It's especially nice for a long-term...
