The Studio is really just a Hotel room with a microwave and refrigerator. It is the smallest studio I have ever stayed in. Also the parking is expensive ($30/day) and over a mile away from the Ocean Towers.

As HGVC owners. this was our first visit to the Ocean Tower property since the renovation. We were in a one bedroom for 6 nights with a full kitchen overlooking the golf course. Absolutely first class! While there is a monorail option to get you back and forth, the walk isn't

Had a great trip. Weather was great. Food and drink were nice. The resort was very good. The sales pitch was not as pushy as in the past and we were out in less than 2 hours vs. 6 hours at other sites

This is a beautiful property with lovely rooms with spectacular view. The soaking tubs are too deep - hard to get in and out of. Nice to have washer and dryer in rooms. Nice to have a kitchen. Nice lanai. Large living room in 1 bedroom units. The pools on the Hilton Hotel

We are there for a 8 night stay and had 3 instances of horrible treatment by guest services. 1) We requested foam pillows ahead of the trip, but was told at check-in they did not have any such notes. The clerk promised they would be delivered to our room within 10 minutes. We

There is no shuttle and the KOA won’t allow Uber or Lyft to come onto airport property, so you’re stuck with a taxi. The National office at the HWV often runs out of cars so plan ahead. But you can avoid the parking fee by renting there on the days you want to go off-resort. Everyone pays the $37/day parking fee, sadly, so if you get a rental car for the entire trip, rather than one day at a time, they will nick you for the parking fee.

Is there any parking outside the Hilton Waikoloa complex to avoid the $28 daily parking fee
There is no overnight parking at the shopping center And there is no way around the daily fee, unfortunately We didn’t rent a car this past trip but took a tour around the island which was cheaper than 8 days of parking and the car rental

Grand vacations is taking over all ocean tower rooms and renovating them. Only those already renovated are grand vacations. The rest are hotel rooms until they are renovated. All are @1 mile from the $27 per day self park lot. Grand vacation rooms are renovated beautifully.

"Get at least a partial ocean view on as high a floor as you can, 8 would be best."
"For people in wheelchairs or w/ mobility issues request a room near an elevator because there is a lot of distance between elevators."
