Warm and inviting place with wonderful hosts. Breakfast was exceptional! The location is in a nice spot for visitors to the island who are exploring the southern areas and Volcanoes NP, as well as those who are doing a road trip style vacation around the island.

Spent three nights at Leilani's and exceeded all expectations. Rooms were clean and Patty was very nice. Even though I had to leave each morning before breakfast was served patty had a nice plate prepared for me.

Clean, very nice hosts, and an excellent location to explore the south end of the Big Island of Hawaii. The hosts were always ready to provide some local knowlege of the best places to visit and eat. We would not hesitate to spend time there again.

Smooth sailing for us. Attentive hostess, fine breakfast, near useful businesses, OK place to park our bikes, helpful suggestions about nearby attractions. We particularly liked the referral to a free tour of a coffee plantation.

My parents visited me from the mainland and wanted to explore the southern part of the Big Island. I booked Lelilani B&B because of its reasonable price and location half-way between Kona and Kau, our primary destinations. Reservations were easy to make and communication with the owners via e-mail was fast and informative. We were the only guests during our... More

When I was looking for a room, cleanliness was the most important to me along with location. Well, my room was so clean(even better than I expected) and the location convenient to where I wanted to go. Breakfast was also important. I wanted a breakfast that was healthy and good tasting. I got that. The hosts cared that I was... More

The location is central for travelling around the Island, as it is between Kona and Volcano National Park. It takes a bit of driving to get to nearby beaches. Lots of brochures, books, and information available. Friendly yet not overbearing hosts. Good for toddlers, as long as your child is respectful and under control. Buffet-style breakfast was delicious with lots... More

The owners were very friendly and accommodated our late arrival. Breakfast was excellent: fresh fruit, coffee, muffins, bagels, cereal, hard-boiled eggs. Super clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others!

Simple, beautifully decorated garden space; breakfast was a work of art, almost too pretty to eat (almost..it was delicious). Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again on our next trip to the Big Island.
