Beautiful place. Great room arrangements making the guest rooms feeling private. Nice people. Fresh breakfast with fruit picked that morning from the property. Owner is an artist with beautiful art displayed throughout. Loved our stay.

We had a great stay there using this as our southern accommodations during a longer stay on the island, definitely the most reasonably priced B&B of anyplace we checked out. The hosts are friendly, rooms are very accessible, bathroom one of the nicest we've had out of many different basic hotels. Breakfasts were simple but filling with different fresh fruits, bagels/muffins and local coffee.... we would have liked to be able to sip our first cup of coffee in the room but that's just us. Be aware there are not a lot of places to eat closeby (this is a very quiet corner of the island) so plan your days accordingly. Mehe's bar & grill is good and open late. The Kula Kai cavern was also very interesting not just the 60 mins underground tour but general information from the guide.

the hosts (Lynn and her husband) are very nice, give you tips and recommendations about what to do on the island, breakfast is very nice and diverse with fruits out of their own garden which is a plus! room was extremely clean, spacious and very cute! parking was available on property too; all in all we were very content, a little bit on the pricier side but its still Hawaii and we were there during Christmas season! also, Lynn paints beautiful paintings which she displays in the living room/breakfast area :)

It's pretty there. Quiet, simple, clean. The owner is kind and easy to work with. Her breakfast was divine! Native fruits, breads, eggs, yogurt, juice, milk, etc. Private bathroom. Lovely lanai. Relaxing.

The hosts were welcoming and very flexible. I enjoyed my stay. It was restorative to stay somewhere that felt like home. The property was spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. Nothing beats fresh fruits.
