We were pleased with this B&B. It is minimalistic and clean. Don't expect any frills. We were cycle touring so primo location if you want to check our green beach before heading downhill towards the South Island. Breakfast was OK - with the egg was freshly boiled.

My wife and I spent nine nights at the Leilani B&B. It was a good location in Ocean View on the southern part of the big island far away from the tourist resorts north of Kona. We were able to get a better feel for Hawaii and the local villages then staying in a resort. We took numerous day trips...

Friendly welcome, lovely breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. However the couple in the next door room were having a normal volume conversation which could be heard word-for-word. I hope they enjoyed their trip to the nearby black volcanic sands beach. I briefly turned on my radio so they would be aware and we had a very quiet night after that!

Leilani is a great, south island option for travelers on a budget. Lynn is a very hospitable hostess and available to answer any questions. Breakfast is great. Rooms are simple, clean and meticulously maintained. Bed is extremely comfortable! No detail has been overlooked. We were also able to borrow beach towels and a cooler for our beach day trips. I...

We stayed at Leilani B&B for one night and enjoyed our stay. It's a nice house with a big lounge to have breakfast or read a book. The room was comfortable and the host was very nice and helpful with restaurant and sightseeing information. From Leilani B&B you can easily visit South Point, the Green Sand Beach and Black Sand...

Leilani's Bed & Breakfast provided a comfortable (and extremely clean!) spot for our party of three couples to stop over on our recent trip to Hawaii. Our host was very well organized and helpful. We were able to enjoy a very substantial breakfast the next morning. It is an excellent option for anyone needing accommodation in the area for a...

Great place to stay quiet and friendly hosts location allows access to many tourist sites but you will need a car or can use a local helpful taxi driver. Be aware of need to check out exact location if arriving at dark as easy not see the correct turning off highway and sat nav can give an error but it...

We arrived to a welcome in which we were given relevant information including where we could get dinner. Then we were shown our room which was very comfortable and clean with our own private bathroom. After a very relaxed night sleep we awoke to lovely bird calls then we were given a nutritious breakfast before we departed.

We enjoyed our stay at Leilani B&B. It was in a good position to visit the South western part of the big island and the breakfasts were great. We received hints on where to go and these were very helpful. Good value for money.

This cute b&b I not too far away from the volcanoes national park and close to green sand beach and black sand beach. It's beautiful, clean and the proprietors are always nice and helpful. They gave great tips and the breakfast was amazing. Due to weather we couldn't go to hilo as planned. We stayed 2 extra nights and did...
