We spent 3 nights with Lee and Svetlana. The home was beautiful, situated on a hill providing a great view of the far off ocean. The road to the home was bumpy and, at times, steep, but our 2WD car managed just fine. My favorite part was Svetlana's breakfast. She made a different meal every morning including her homemade jams... More

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house, which is located next to a few of the best snorkel spots on the Big Island. Lee and Svytlana clearly have put a great deal of love and care into their property, and serve up the most delicious, unique breakfasts each day. The property has a very natural, relaxed feel, surrounded... More

Before arriving we had the feeling that the place would be something special. It turned out to be more than that; everything here is of high quality, from food to linen, there are big spaces where to relax, no artificial noises, wonderful sights and Lee and Svetlana: with them, breakfast time will become the best way to begin your day;... We enjoyed our stay at the Aloha B&B very much!! Make sure that you have a car with enough ground clearance then the access road to the Guest House is no issue. The whole place up there is so peaceful and magical. Svetlanas breakfast is very yummi and made with much love and awareness. Breakfast is served at the big... More

My husband and I travel quite a bit, but have never stayed at a B&B before this trip. With this being our first B&B experience, we were not disappointed! I took the advice offered on their website and rented a Jeep. The road to get there is challenging and having a vehicle with high clearance really helped. But once you... More

The proprietors of this place, Lee & Svetlana were super nice, knowledgeable & interesting. They work really hard to provide an almost entirely green & organic experience. We learned a lot from them. Svetlana makes a lovely variety of sweet & savory breakfasts that are really delish & the 100% KONA coffee, grown only on HI is the best I've... More

Lee and Svetlana were excellent hosts, and she is a great cook. Fantastic breakfasts each morning, lovely view overlooking the Pacific. They also provide beach towels, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, water shoes to borrow. Getting up the road to their place was a fun adventure too.

We just returned from our third visit to Aloha Guest House. We simply cannot find another place that is so incredibly beautiful and hosts so warm and accommodating. Lee and Svetlana are friendly, fun, and helpful! Gina, the dachshund, does her best as well. Breakfast is unusual, beautifully presented, and excellent. The rooms are comfortable and some have an unbelievable... More

Take two wonderful hosts, Lee and Svetlana, dedicated to providing their guests a top-notch stay. Add a stellar ocean view from comfortable accommodations. Throw in delicious homemade breakfasts featuring foods from the grounds and served around a common table at 8 AM so you can get to know the other guests while you are enjoying the meal and the view.... Lee and Svetlana were incredible. I had to make an unexpected trip to Hawaii (I know that is horrible right) and at the last minute they took me in on 2/13 (the day before Valentines). The overall experience was awesome. This was my first B&B and they have set a standard that will be hard for others to ever follow.... More
