We had a great experience at Worland - the restrooms were freshly painted and clean as a whistle, the laundry was the same - three washers and three dryers, a folding table with a hanging bar above, a large sink, chairs, and an assortment of books. There were a number of items for sale in the office - some beautiful quilts caught my eye, and the husband and wife team who run the place are so helpful and friendly. We needed a mobile rv repairman while we were there and they helped us find a great one. We had to extend our stay because the part we needed was delayed and they worked to let us stay in our original site. The sites are roomy, the hookups are conveniently located and in good working order, and the park is neat as a pin. The sites are all graveled and they were working on some lovely landscaping during our stay. When we arrived we were loaned a booklet with amazing day trips we could enjoy during our stay. What a great idea! It is obvious that the owners care about their guests as well as their park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting for a longer time next year. Thank you for a delightful stay!…
Looked for a place to stay at the last minute. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Great price and very clean. Easily maneuvered 35ft motorhome throughout the Park. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, safe RV Park.
The owners of this camp were so incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us good information on the area and for the area we were looking to relocate. You can really tell they care about the cg and people. I appreciate the precautions they took with COVID-19. They were the only cg on our month long trip that practiced social distancing. Our site was quiet, clean and sunny. All the sites are level, some shady. The permanent or seasonal sites were well kept and very clean. The bathrooms and laundry rooms were closed due to the virus but we didn't need them. We rode our bikes into and around town. There's a nice museum (we were told by some locals) across the road but it was closed due to the virus while we were there. There's a truck wash less than a mile away and some decent local restaurants.…
Owner doesn't communicate is a mature way. Seeks and chews you out! What he said could have been said in a different way and nicely. I would rather go somewhere else than have an encounter with the owner again. Just plain rude and doesn't know how to communicate. Like others reviews said, looks like he wants to fight. Seemed like he has cameras and is just watching you and waiting to attack for a mistake you make. The previous owners were extremely nice!
Owners simply did their best to ensure we had a good stay. Bathrooms and laundry facility were spotless. Manager shared lots of good info on nearby places of interest and stopped by to warn us of approaching weather. Not the prettiest park we've seen, but definitely the most hospitable. Prices were very reasonable too.
Nice little campground. Nothing fancy BUT the owners are what stood out to us. They want to make sure you know you are not just in site so and so. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I would recommend this little gem to anyone. Don’t expect concrete pads or big sites but you will be welcomed here.
Arrived with a dead toad in tow. Dealer failed to install a charge like. Owner, Mike and his wife took over and found a mechanic who came on site to install. They both bent over backwards to get us back on the road the next morning. After install, Mike charged up my battery with his charger and came back after dark to pick it up. Facilities and surroundings extra nice. These people went above and beyond to help us out of our problem. Genuine customer service!! Great people and RV Park.
The wife and I stayed at Worland RV park on our 9 day trek to Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone and Bryce National Park. Mike, who is the owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly. I had an issue with my RV's water heater, so I asked Mike if he knew any RV repair facilities. Mike recommended Park County RV Service in nearby Cody. The following day I visited the business and got the part and excellent customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend this RV park.
Very nice RV park. Full hookups, super clean bathrooms and laundry. The owners are doing a great job of making it into a relaxing, friendly place to stay for a few nights. A huge bonus is its in-town location right across the street from the BLM district office where you can get your yearly pass into Yellowstone National Park prior to arriving. The Washakie Museum is a must-see and is a very short walking distance from the campground. Would definitely stay here again.
What a Jem, Very quite, small but clean and neat, wonderful staff, I am so glad we stopped here. The new owners have been doing a lot of great updates. our site was level and had grass with a picnic table, I was really impressed. The place has a laid back easy going air to it. There is wonderful museum in easy walking distance as well as the rest of town. We will be back for shure. We loved the place and there free wifi was very fast.
