The owner was outstanding in every respect, courteous, helpful and very outgoing. The overall establishment was clean, very well kept and well furnished. The breakfast was more than adequate and prepared individually each day. Really something to look forward to. We have stayed at many places throughout the world professionally and for pleasure. This ranks among the very best.

My fiance, puppy, and I stayed at the Sassy Moose about a week ago and had an amazing time. The hostess is incredibly welcoming and considerate. We didn't make it across the mountains before dark the night before and were a day late checking into our room. She offered to reimburse up for that night because we weren't there and she knew we ended up essentially paying for two hotels that one night. The room is clean and cozy with just the right amount of wood and homeliness that you feel like you're actually in nature, not just getting a manicured experience. The hotel took cleaning and social distancing seriously, especially with dishes and common areas. She also cooked a delicious breakfast every morning. Fun fact- you should tell her when you'll be up so that your breakfast can be hot for right when you arrive. It's homemade and delicious. We also got great massages while there and lit a fire in the wood burning stove at night. Great experience overall and would highly recommend it.

This was the perfect place for us! Jackson itself was crazy busy, so we enjoyed the peace and space of this place, plus it was closer to Grand Teton National Park and the places we wanted to go. Our 9, 11 & 12 year old boys loved it too! We stayed in the High Country room which had plenty of space for all of us. Loved the access to the kitchen and grill for meals and fridge for food storage for our day trips. It's not fancy but it's homey and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Natalia, the owner is super friendly and accommodating! She made delicious breakfasts each morning that kept our tummies full. She gave great recommendations for food and activities for our family. We have an 8 and 10 year old that loved the fire pit and hot tub. Also she had a piano that my daughter could play. It was so FUN! We stayed in the High Country Room and it was great for families- two spacious rooms, large dressing area and a bathroom. My kids loved the bunk beds.
