The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room felt like home it was comfortable, clean and wheelchair and pet friendly. Even with being next to a busy street it was a nice quiet location and got a good nights sleep. Thanks again Liz, Andy and Sue for making our stay enjoyable. We definitely highly recommended staying here and plan on making a trip back.

Came through with my family and really enjoyed the room. It was clean and cared for. Anything that we needed, the staff was more than willing to help with and we were met with their friendly and positive attitude. Next time we come through Thermopolis, we will definately stay here again.

Roundtop is fantastic, my room was awesome and clean and easy to enjoy, but the people make the adventure. The owners are the operators and you feel it. I felt so at home I rested up an extra day, and so did my dog. They were sweet to my dog and he slept the best he did on my whole trip. I was on the road for ten nights and Roundtop was my best stop. Thermopolis is really cool. Take the time!!

Thermopolis will always be our Wyoming vacation spot and the Roundtop will always be our go to motel! We’ve been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The staff has always been so friendly and the rooms are always neat and clean. We have never had an issue with the rooms. We feel like home the moment we are greeted during check in. The beginning of this month, we were worried about traveling during COVID, but the staff has done a remarkable job keep everything clean and sanitized. They also are great at social distancing while still meeting all our needs! I would recommend this lovely motel to anyone!

We spent three weeks traveling through the west, and this motel falls under the average-to-poor category. It was dingy, and its better days were a long long time ago. Our room was not very clean at all and it was obvious that only brief surface cleaning had been done in the past. We ended up wiping down the high traffic items (light switches, outlets, etc.) bc of the noticeable dirt/ grit found there. It was not very comforting in this age of COVID 19. The woman who checked us in was friendly but we also stopped by twice wanting additional coffee, soap, etc. and no one was there. This motel has a lot of work left to do to be on a basic level of customer service and cleanliness.
