Rooms were beautiful and clean, service was great. Fabulous restaurant. Such an awesome place to relax. There were comfy chairs with pillows and blankets, and a huge cozy fireplace in the main lobby. Rooms had all the extras, including a large Jacuzzi tub, robes, pillows and blankets. They had Directv, which made it easy to search and find good shows... More

Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa is a really, really great place to stay for a summer vacation to the Jackson Hole area. The hotel and Teton Village has tons going on in the summer with the mountain biking course, the ropes course, trampolines and rock wall. They had a Pink Floyd tribute band perform one night in the "grotto" area... More

Rooms beautiful and tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable. Staff on reception and in restaurants were very helpful. I have a dietary problem and they were very helpful. Could not fault this hotel at all and would definitely visit again.

Stayed here for a week in September. Fabulous area to stay with truly incredible scenery. Hotel was very nice but try to request a room not on ground floor - they're just too dark during the day due to trees outside window. Also beware if returning to hotel late and wanting food! We ate in restaurant at 9:30pm one night... More

Thanks to the many Tripadvisor reviewers for this one -:) And we even found a good deal by booking via Jackson Hole Central Reservations! Alpine studio, really nicely appointed, for $176/night. Service throughout has been excellent. Front desk gave us a lot of tips of where to go to see wildlife which was great! Even the guests in this place... More

I'm in the hospitality business as well as an avid traveler, so my perspective comes from both sides of the desk, so to speak. Overall, I thought the place was lovely. As a four-diamond resort, I would say the hotel mostly earned that ranking during our stay. We were able to upgrade to a bigger suite of rooms to better... More

Overall, the hotel is nice. It's clean, good accommodations, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Had a great time at the spa. Couple of reasons I can't give it 5 stars: 1. Front desk & concierge staff. We went mid-October and they all seemed to regret they had to be at work. Unfriendly, unhelpful. The gal at the concierge desk our first... More

Our group of 12 had six rooms over a four night stay. The lodgings were good, the location was good, the spa was enjoyable, but the front desk staff was utterly disappointing. Our last evening before departure, as a few couples were staying in town late the following day, we requested one of our six rooms be granted late check-out.... More

Dear ANT-FL, Thank you so much for your candid remarks. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you and your colleagues experienced and the delay in arriving at the airport in time for the flight. It was indeed an unfortunate situation that this particular taxi vendor did not arrive as scheduled and reconfirmed through our concierge. Please do know that... More

Two night stay base camp for visiting Grand Tetons. Room was high end Restaurant in hotel is the top rated place in Teton village and I'd have to agree. Ac was a bit noisy but otherwise top notch. Location is conveniently near the Jackson hole tram. Moose Wilson road access is just down the road to avoid looping through Jackson... More
