Supprising little place, even so close to the highway, very quite and calming, large shade trees, very nice staff, all facilities very close by,tucked away by its self just around the bend of the road, for an overnight stop it is wonderful, after spending a long day driving it is a perfect place to pull in,

We stayed at this KOA on our way to the Rockies. The area wasn't great, but if you drive a few minutes on main street, there are a lot of cute shops and really good restaurants. My main complaint about this KOA was the noise- it was on the side of a major highway and we could hear trucks all... More

There was nothing wrong with my space. Room to walk the dog. Front desk was just ok. Along a river or creek (wasn't paying much attention), but it was the type of place that you realize "oh what the hell I took all those turns to end up next to (literally) the interstate?? Aged place. "Lipstick on a pig" is... More

We camped here overnight on our way to Yellowstone. Check in was quick and the kids enjoyed the pool. (It does get pretty deep and there is no shallow area so had to keep a close eye on the little ones). The tent sites were nice and open. Each one had a covered picnic table. The site was right next... More

Staff locked up the pool area when it started to rain in the afternoon and would not open it back up when the weather cleared up despite several requests from various campers. Wish we stayed in the park- we will not be returning.

We only started Over night. It was a Large KOA sites were long and wide enough for both of my slides plus. People at the office were very nice and helpful. Looks like the tent and trailer site were excellent also. Water, electric, and sewer hook up in good placement. All sites easy to get into. WiFi works but not... More

Not geared for Cabin Campers, Cabin 4 was buggy and there was no refrigerator, microwave or TV as other KOA Cabins we've stayed in, the free WiFi was nonexistant. The shower room was cold so we skipped a bath, the GFCI receptacles in the mens room didn't work and the front desk people didn't seem to care. Many KOA's are... More

Long pull through 30/50 amp site, hard packed gravel and level. Early season, office not yet open but we were met by friendly staff as we stopped for our site assignment. Not a huge park but has pool, jacuzzi, nice playground, horse shoe pits, lots of big grassy tent sites. There's a small fenced dog run that wasn't very clean,... More

Check in was easy, and the staff at the desk was friendly. The next day when our water in the camper was not working, called for maintenance and when he came over he was completely rude. He didn't identify himself as maintenance when he beat on my camper door, just said if I had not water it was my problem... More

My brother and I camped at the Sheridan KOA campsite in September, 2015 and we found this to be the most expensive and worse campsite we experienced on our trip across the US. The biggest complaint is that campers were located along the edge of a very busy and noisy highway 338 and there was no privacy, trees or barriers... More
