As several have said before, " Many, many Moons ago" I learned never to believe just one review or statements from one person alone. We stayed here and have traveled places all over. A lot are not even on trip advisor. This motel is in a small town that has a lot of charm and stuff to offer. Yes it... More

Dirty toilet was the least of the poor offerings here, don't sell Saratoga short, several other places are available here that are lovely, modern and very clean and for less money. Desk clerk was helpful unless handling a complaint and even that can't make up for the lack of cleanliness and old, run down furnishings.

Dusty runs the sand and sage he is great at his job. Feels like going to see your brother. Clean room's cool people in the town, and great time. Hot springs too soak in after a day of sleds and snow. Thanks dusty for a great time will be back

I would definitely stay here again. This place is by no means a five star hotel. There doesn't seem to have been many updates done for quite a few years but this is a small town motel in a small town in Wyoming so that's kind of what I expected. What makes this place WONDERFUL is the manager, Dusty! I... More

The manager is extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were basic but spacious and I expected a crappy super soft spring bed but was surprised by the temper-pedicure bed. Close access to the hot springs. If you come here looking for a 3 star hotel you will be disappointed, but if you come with realistic expectation for Saratoga, you will... More

Our only excuse for not leaving is that it was late. The amenities here were unique. A bathroom sink/vanity that moved, a shower curtain that hugged you when you tried to take a shower, curtains that I had to close with a hair clip. I wiped up some water off the bathroom floor, and the piece of toilet paper I... More

Our object has always been to provide good clean rooms for out guests. Saratoga is a small Wyoming town and help is almost impossible to get, so if the room was not cleaned properly we extend our sincere apologies. This summer the help lasted about two weeks before moving on despite trying hard to get reliable help. We pay well... More

Simply not a lot of good here. An old motor court motel, this one's day is past. Tiny, cramped room and not too clean. Location in town is good, and moderately priced, but there are simply better options around. Could be quaint with a major overhaul, but just waiting it out for now.

Dusty Bones, innkeeper always takes very good care of ma, I travel through from Colorado to Montana 2 or 3 times a year and always plan a Sage and Sand stop. Rooms are always clean and a number of choices are available. While in Saratoga there are hot springs and some funky consignment stores I check out. Enjoy your stay... More
