We had an amazing family vacation. Can't say enough about Cole, Stella, Blanca, Ryan, Callie, Judy and Erica. Everyone was amazing. Kaylynn did an incredible job making our family experience truly memorable.

We were very disappointed given the high cost. This was the most expensive vacation we have ever taken the family on and with that comes a certain level of expectations. Instead we were very disappointed in general. We specifically picked Brush Creek given its all inclusive program but from the time we worked on itinerary the ala carte (add’l cost items) were pushed heavily. We had instances where these were booked and were not informed of extra cost. This continued on arrival including wanting to charge us to take us shopping at their own merchandise store claiming it was a personal shopping experience. All tips were also to be included but instead team members hinted that cash to them would be appreciated which was obviously uncomfortable and confusing . We traveled as a family but business groups definitely favored and given higher priority. We also had issues with housekeeping. While we loved the scenery and the memories created our opinion is that the cost does not equate.

2 friends and I went to Brush Creek last fall for 4 nights and had an amazing time. We stayed in Jo's Cowgirl Cabin, which was very spacious - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, terrace. We loved having our own golf cart to drive around the beautiful property. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Rachel (rock climbing, hiking, ropes course), Blanca (ropes course), Brendan (waiter), Jenna (great massage therapist), Katie (fly fishing), Eli & Cody (shooting). They had a lot of fun activities that were included. I especially enjoyed the hike to Bow Creek and shooting. And it wasn't very crowded when we went, which made the activities even more great since we got individualized attention (for some activities like rock climbing and fly fishing, I was the only one). 2 activities are included each day, (expect departure day) though we arrived too late to do any activities on Day 1, which was a shame. The food was also delicious (though some of the food at Cheyenne Club was a little salty). We also enjoyed the tour of the downstairs at the Cheyenne Club of the hidden bar and wine rooms (the manager who gave us the tour was super friendly and knowledgeable). Definitely a very special place that my friends and I very much really enjoyed.

So many experiences led by capable staff. In 3 days, we snowshoed, rode horses in the snow, tried yoga on a mat over 18 inches of snow, and skiid down many acres of fresh powder. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in, with giant down filled pillows and a fluffy quilt. Views were spectacular. Staff very helpful. Free washer, dryer and detergent in the basement, and you will need them because you will get wet and dirty having all that fun. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and whatever you choose to make in that cappuccino machine are available 24/7, along with an abundance of snacks. Imaginative touches are everywhere, such as chandeliers made of elk horns.

We spent 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a Trailhead lodge room which was a great location. The saloon, activities center, and restaurant were just a few step away. The staff tries hard to assure you have a good time. We did have a few issues that kept me from rating this a 5. We stayed 4 nights and on 2 mornings our breakfast was delivered barely warm. We had to send back. One morning we had a tight daily schedule. Our first event, an ATV ride, said to report to activities barn at 8:30. We did and got signed in and sat down. Another group arrived a little later. Then we sat. After 30 minutesI asked if we were ready to go as we had another activity that was starting to be in jeopardy. I was told that they were waiting on 2 more to show up. I said we are 30 minutes past the start time and maybe we should just go as the last 2 are inconveniencing 7 people. We waited another 20 minutes, now 50 minutes past our start time, and finally left. The other 2 met us at the place the ATV ride started. They did give us a comped Spa treatment for the long wait which was nice….but stay on schedule and if someone is late leave them. The activities I did… guns, archery, range tour, ATV’s, fly fishing were great and the guides were outstanding..the food, other that 2 cold breakfasts, was very good. I talked to several in management and they were great. It is a wonderful vacation but they need to tighten up their game for the prices they charge.

Brush Creek Ranch is a wonderful place for a family vacation. We went with our two adult children for 5 nights and it exceeded our expectations. We weren't really sure what we were getting into as the website doesn't provide a ton of information and we didn't think the pre-trip communications with the concierges was particularly illuminating. However, once we were there, everything was great. It's expensive but worth it.

I am currently planning a corporate retreat for my team. I have been working with Amanda Wascher (Director of Group Sales) who is simply amazing. I've asked tons of questions and probably repeated a few, but she has answered them thoroughly with full transparency and patience. She is a true professional and represents the brand well. We had to change our dates due to some urgent matters, but I am looking forward to locking this trip in. I have worked with a lot of sales directors for corporate events and she has been simply incredible with thoughtful suggestions on how to make this trip amazing and ways to really ensure a special time at their resort. What a pro and what a company.

This place is top notch!!! The entire ranch is absolutely gorgeous in every aspect. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond for everyone in our group. The food…oh the food…some of the best I’ve ever had. We went with a large work group to celebrate the top performers but this would be s perfect place for friends, couples, family reunions and a wedding would be over the top gorgeous here. Thank you Brush Creek for an unforgettable vacation!!!

I have been to BCL three times now over 6-7 years and I can report that they have slipped. First the bad - rooms are dated and need some upgrades (like showers) and service is vey spotty (used to be impeccable). The good - food is incredible and the main buildings are gorgeous. And the activities are still pretty decent.

A truly great property run by a great team. Me and my group had an amazing and relaxing experience at Brush Creek and thoroughly enjoyed everything from the rooms, to the activities, to the food. The Farm is a must do and after going through three wine rooms and the Speak-easy styled spirits room, I was awestruck.
