We stayed at the Hotel Wolf two years ago! Well kept. I forgot that most places in Wyoming don't have air conditioners and our room was at the top of the building. It was very warm. However, the place was lovely so we survived.

This was our second time staying at the Wolf and we were not disappointed. This is a historic hotel and does not have elevators or air conditioning in the rooms. The room was very comfortable and not hot with the windows open. The room we were in was on the second floor so we only had to climb one flight... More

The building has been housing travelers for a long long time. The owners must really love the place and they take good care of it. It is substantially intact. The greeting process was warm and efficient. The room and bath were in great shape. The town itself is a little out of the way and because we were on a... More

We checked in on Friday evening and went to the Hobo pools. We decided that we wanted a burger and beer so we headed to The Whistle Pig to eat. Great burgers and they have an "L" shaped pool table that was a lot of fun! Great place to eat and the hotel was very cool!

Found the Hotel Wolf while planning our family vacation to Wyoming. We generally like the charm of staying in historic hotels with personality over the cookie cutter chain hotels. We were not disappointed with the Hotel Wolf! The innkeeper/bartender let us choose from the available rooms. We chose a 2-room suite on the 2nd floor. A large bedroom, with two... More

My wife, Penny and I stayed at the Wolf Hotel on Halloween night. It was for our 18th wedding anniversary. Very old hotel and cozy ! Staffs were friendly. Wolf restaurant offered an excellent food. EASY COMMUTE ! We enjoyed walking around in Downtown Saratoga. Great shopping, fishing, and hot springs pool ! We will be back next year.

The building has character but is certainly showing its age. We stopped by for lunch after having been lured to the area by some of the most over-hyped marketing messages ever encountered. In short, it is not worth going to Saratoga unless you're using it as a base for hunting or fishing. In any case, the hotel served some really... More

I was planning to drive all the way home that day but got a late start and after about 9 hours in the car I was going through Saratoga toward the end of the day and I decided not to drive the next 2 hours after dark at a time of year when a lot of animals are on the... More

What a cool hotel!!!!! Thomas Edison would take the stagecoach from Laramie to stay here. The old west happened here, and it's been preserved, you really feel like you've stepped back in time. My favorite steak in the entire U.S. I lived in Omaha for 20 years, and have eaten at the best Steakhouses from Chicago to L.A. to NYC... More

We stayed at the Wolf Hotel on 9/6/15 and were pleasantly surprised! The rate was great, the upstairs room was small but clean, good lighting, ceiling fan (no a/c- but none needed), coffee maker, and the location right on the "main" street in Saratoga near the hot springs, river, etc. was excellent. The hotel and restaurant are not "open" on... More
