Room was not clean. Hot springs pools was full of algae. Place is losing its appeal for us. Massages now $180! Really? One great thing was the pizza! They are excellent! It used to be a very rustic but well maintained old styled dude small town inn and spa with a great hot springs atmosphere. Great service. Fireplaces lit at... More

The term "resort" is loosely applicable to the Saratoga Resort and Spa. It is likely one of the most resort-y resorts in the area but that isn't saying much. We enjoyed our trip because we like checking out new places and trying new hot springs but the resort itself was nothing special. The room was very basic with a sink... More

This place is not a destination, but if you are in the area it is worth a stop. The springs are nice, and have the feeling of a historic spa. The hotel is deorated in antlers, horseshoes, and guns. The onsite brewey is a nice addition with some pretty tasty appetizers. Our hotel room, however, was tiny and dated. The... More

Stumbled across this gem when we were traveling across country. Peaceful western rooms with natural hot spring pools just outside our room. Their pools were clean and the teepee tubs were private with incredible views of the night sky. An added bonus to our reservation was the onsite spa. Enjoyed a wonderful treatment from Jennifer. Dinner that night topped off... More

This isn't a bad hotel but it isn't as advertised. It does have some really nice features. Mostly the hot pools. The rooms are very outdated with thin walls. The beds were ok but when I asked the staff if all the rooms and beds were the same, they stated they are new beds because they had a case of... More

We only spent one night at the resort. It's not high priced or fancy. It doesn't scream luxury. It's comfortable, relaxed and easy. It's clean, friendly and just ....right. The beds are wonderful, and the sheets are new. The down comforters are the best I've ever seen! We stayed in a modernized motel room, with good amenities but the walls... More

Staff was very welcoming, rooms are clean. Beds are a little stiff. Loved the down comforter and thick blankets though. The pool is really nice, but don't be surprised by the natural algae. It's a hot spring and smells like sulfur, but that is part of the deal!

We were very impressed with the resort. The western decor with the log furniture, stone fireplaces, and dramatic trophy mounts gives it warm rustic charm. The food in the dining room and the pub was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed walking right out our door to the hot springs pools. It was so peaceful to... More
