If you really are serious about getting away, it often means releasing expectations of 2016 metropolitan amenities. Join generations of people whose idea of luxury is a satisfying meal with a good cold beer, a leisurely soak in a hot spring pool in the open air or tent-covered for higher heat, and a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed.... For a honeymoon, this would be a very romantic setting. For value seekers like my husband and myself, not so much. When making a reservation, please review the policies: no cancellation policy and no cooler in room policy in particular. No breakfast provided, not even a voucher for on-site restaurant. Mineral Pool and Mineral Hot Tubs were great but the... More

This is not a spa and resort! The old name was Seretoga Inn which is a much name to describe this place. Rooms are generally old and needs renovated, especially the toilet which was unlevelled in our room which made me slip off. The decor was a big "miss." In the room they had put a industrial-type doormat in the... More

This is a wonderful and relaxing place. There are hot springs (a large pool, a smaller pool and 4 covered hot-tub like pools). It is rustic and has western motif. The pools are very relaxing. I had a massage, which was a highlight of this vacation for me. There is a restaurant and bar/grill and micro-brewery. The service was good.... More

This was not our first stay here and certainly not our last. We checked in after a great 4 hour float down the North Platte River. We showed up just in time for a couples massage and heading to dinner. Our suite was nice but wish it had a fridge. Water for a shower in the morning was lukewarm but... More

Ate on the brewery side and had some good food and good service, there micro brewery beer was tasty. Atomsphere is nice and they where busy. As always the food has been good the other times we have been there. They also have a fine dining restaurant but didn't eat there. We didn't stay either so don't know about lodging,... More

This was our first time to Saratoga and was looking forward to staying at the resort. The staff upon arrival is very friendly. Trying to listen to them and get over the HORRIBLE smell of carpet that needed to be taken out completely was a little tough. Hard wood floors would certainly be a better option since cleaning carpet does... More

The resort was very relaxing. All the people (guests) were very friendly. There was a wedding taking place and we were also invited. The rooms could use an updating. Although the rooms were clean. They need a second ice maker. Breakfast was average. The spas and pool was very comforting.

The resort and restaurants in the resort are very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Free WIFI came and went and was frustrating to try to use. The hot springs were nice. Some were very hot while the main pool was a bit cool. We didn't know all the hot springs are... More
