After many years of spending Easter at your resort, we have no plans to return anytime soon. I called and made our reservations Jan. 16th to ensure we reserved Rm 150. We prefer this end unit and have stayed there multiple years. Upon arrival we were told we would be staying

The hotel is a nice place to stay very relaxing and comfortable. The hot springs are wonderful as is the spa services. Highly recommend! What was not enjoyable was the kitchen staff and the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet is awful not worth the money and the employees running

Went to the springs for my birthday. The hotel is rustic but I love that you can go out of your room and jump in the pool or hot springs. I had my grandson and he LOVED the pool. Such a great trip. We had a nice dinner and great conversation in the pools.

If you are looking for a peaceful and enjoyable hot springs experience... Don't go here! We had kids in the pool screaming their heads off for hours and the front desk would do nothing. We called twice and they chose to disregarded us. This is NOT the place to come and relax

How far is it to go cross country skiing and how's the snow this year?
I'm not sure how the snow is this year, but a quick call to the Brush Creek District Ranger's Office in Saratoga will answer your question. The Brush Creek cross-country ski trails are about 20 miles from the hot springs, a beautiful drive and fun trails. Trail are not always groomed, though, so be ready for a workout.

Largest commercial airport would be Denver, CO. Cheyenne WY, has some smaller jumper flights and Saratoga has a nice airport that can handle smaller jets and planes.

We offer free shuttles from our little airport here in town, but they do not have commercial flights. Otherwise you can fly into Laramie or Denver and rent a vehicle. Laramie is really small so be sure to arrange a rental beforehand in you fly in there.

What is the nearest airport and how to get there thanks
There are several airports. DIA (Denver International) is about 4 hours from Saratoga, WY. There is also the Casper Airport (about 2.5 hrs. north of Saratoga); the Laramie Airport (about 1.5 - 2.0 hrs. East of Saratoga); or if you have your own private jet, Saratoga has the Shively Field Airport (about 2 minutes from the Saratoga Resort and Spa.
