This is definitely a place where I feel torn - lots of good and not so good. Let's start with the good. It's nice to have hot springs and two restaurants right on the property. The place is clean and the decor and furniture reflects the western area. There is a nice family room for all to enjoy complete with impressive critter heads on the wall to give the place a good, western atmosphere. The suites are spacious. The temperature of the room is regulated easily. Decent TV's and channel selections. Good experiences in the restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful and gave us each a nice cookie upon check-in while reading through the impressive list of rules. Staying here is far from inexpensive and some of that money needs to be put back into updating. The lighting in the room is terrible - it's like a cave in here. The bathroom sink and area is tiny - barely room to even put our toothbrushes. There should be a shelf near sink for basic toiletries. The light switch for the bathroom is not even in the bathroom, it's in the bedroom - peculiar- and when you turn on the bathroom light, the fart fan comes on automatically and is LOUD, so if you potty overnight you are pretty much guaranteed to wake up your partner unless you plod around in the dark. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable. Dated flooring and walls in the room. No mini refrigerator in the suite which is unheard of these days. Perhaps worst of all, there is not a safety grab bar in the tub/shower, and also handrails on the steps around this property are pretty sparse. It snows up here quite a bit and also it is slippery getting in and out of the tepee hot springs - I feel there could be more in the way of safety at this resort. I don't regret coming but for $350-ish per night for a suite, I could definitely get more bang for my buck. I will look for other places next time.

The hot pools were cold. I got sick from the food in the resraunt and the walls of the room were thin and could hear the people next door. Service was terrible. Poor value for the money. I don't recommend

My husband and I stayed here on September 5, the first night of our Wyoming vacation. We had a pool side room and it was very comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the western decor. The women at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Our biggest applause is for the food. We ate dinner here since it was Labor Day and all the restaurants in the cute, little town were closed. We lucked out because this has to be the best restaurant in town! Our dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we had on our two week trip and it was very reasonable. We did not use the pool.

Nice place, western theme a little dated. Hot Springs were amazing, clean and comfortable. For the price you could at least have one decent pillow in the room. Gravel parking lot not very biker friendly. Brew Pub ok, food rather overpriced also. Beer was good.

It was amazing until I had four beers after explaining that I had cerebral palsy and they told me I needed to take a break which I did for an hour then they refused to serve me. I was absolutely nothing but kind and generous to the service there. I'm tired of this. Then after I got upset all I asked was give me a refund for the night at 4:00 in the afternoon and I'd be on my way no problem. And they refused. I'm sick and tired of being discriminated against. Now they're going to leave a response and if they've accuse me of being anything but pleasant and a little clumsy because of my disability. They are completely lying to save their butts. They're lucky I'm a busy successful person that doesn't have time chasing frivolous lawsuits

Up side Hot pools and teepees were great. Buffett breakfast was very nice and had a wide variety. The brewery was ok and had decent bar food. Staff was very friendly. Downside. Really need to lose the queen mattresses and go all kings in every room. They are only 6-8” wider so really not losing much floor space.

Our enjoyment of this place began with the delightful ladies at the front checking us in. what a treat to be greeted in this manner after being on the road all day. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable and the hot springs are literally steps away from the front door or each room. The resort boasts a brewery and restaurant on site as well as a nine-hole golf course which was excellent. My buddies and I do a golf trip every June and this will certainly be our destination next year.

I entered the proshop and was greeted by a Rottweiler inside the building who slobbering and spotted all over my bare legs because I was wearing a gold scort. It was so disgusting that I had to wash off in the rest room. Needless to say I will never go back. It's a place if business and there shouldn't be big uncontrollable dogs in it

Thank you for the review. We are sorry you didn't love our mascot Lyla! We promise she is very well behave Rottweiler and just friendly! Our Wyoming Outdoor Adventures location is dog friendly (with a name and mission like Outdoor Adventures, we felt it went hand in hand!) We understand its not for everyone and appreciate you giving us a try even though we weren't for you! Just want to also let you know that our resort does not allow dogs in the rooms, restaurant or commons area. They are only permitted in the Biergarten, Wyoming Outdoor Adventures or the pet kennels. Hope that helps you reconsider visiting us again in the future!

Cute little historic lodging experience is this quaint town. While the pool was not a big and I imagined it still served it’s purpose for a relaxing weekend. The semi private teepee covers hot tubs were very nice. While they state the large pool is cleaned weekly it seemed suspect to me as there was a bit of algae growth. While that didn’t dissuade me from enjoying it I can see how some might Warner caution. I do feel a visit during the off season would be better as it can be steep in price. Amenities in the room are few and far between, no refrigerator or microwave. They also need to be clearly about their cooler policy as the front desk says they aren’t allowed in sight but saw quite a few on the grounds outside of rooms. All in all a please try experience and we would return.
