My husband and I came here for our mini moon on Thanksgiving. Upon arriving our room smelled a bit of smoke which we reported to the front desk staff. One of the two staff members, I believe her name was Roxy, (a beautiful blonde from Denver Colorado) went above and beyond to find us another (upgraded) room, for the night. She called the next morning to let us know she was able to make some adjustments and we could stay in the upgrade for the rest of our visit. As you can see from the photos, the room in which we stayed was gorgeous! It had a very rustic country feel to it. We ate several times at the restaurant and again phenomenal service and wonderful food! We will definitely be back.

To start off, the place is lovely and quaint and a nice spot for a little getaway. We had never been here before and love to visit hot springs. Rooms: We a far room from the lobby that were facing the pools. The Wi-Fi did not work the whole time. But did in the lobby, so know we weren’t doing it wrong. This should be a pretty easy fix to accommodate with an extender as many travelers unfortunately have to do a bit of work. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge (I don’t think any do). Even the most basic of hotel rooms have a small fridge. We travel with drinks and snacks for the kids and often have leftovers from restaurants we like to keep. They tell people coolers are not permitted in the property which quite honestly rubbed me the wrong way. I understand them not being at the pool but without a mini fridge what else do we use? The deluxe double rooms are very small for a family. The room was pretty chilly, I think fixing the weather striping on the door would help a lot as we could see daylight through it. We didn’t want to run the noisy heater all night that was 6” from the bed so it got a bit cold. The bathroom didn’t get any heat. The cost is pretty high for this type of room but I guess if you go into it knowing this it is ok. They do give you earplugs which is nice. Beds were comfortable. Loved being so close to the pools. Pools: Pools are great. Go in knowing this is NATURAL mineral waters - there is some debris and “slime” on the bottom. The teepee’s are nice if you can ever find one unoccupied. In 3 days however I never saw towels available at the pool. Food/Dining: The taproom/grill was probably not somewhere I would eat again to be honest. I got the brewery nachos and it said they had queso and sour cream but they had neither. The chicken was dryer than a bone. A lot to pay for $17 nachos. Everything else we had was just ok. The pretzel appetizer was very good.

Nothing but great memories were made as our best friend turned 50. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was so hospitable. The bar staff and food was fantastic and the grounds were well kept. Breakfast buffet is a good price and food was ok. Felt the bloody Mary’s could use some work, but otherwise a wonderful trip. We will be back.

My husband and I visited on Thanksgiving for our mini-moon and our room was Smokey. We talked to the front desk staff and one of them (very pretty blonde from Denver, Tyler maybe?) went above and beyond to not only get us into a fresh room, but also took it upon herself to upgrade us at no cost. This came after the other front desk person wasn’t eager to help and specified we didn’t NEED to be upgraded (I guess because we were polite and just asked to have it noted and move if possible)?. I really appreciated the staff being so kind and helpful, she’s the reason we will make this a yearly mini vacation. Also, the resort is beautiful, super unique and the perfect romantic atmosphere for those seeking a little R&R during the holidays. We are already looking forward to next year! Thanks Saratoga Inn ❤️❤️❤️ PS these beautiful creatures were just hanging near the entrance/exit

This is definitely a place where I feel torn - lots of good and not so good. Let's start with the good. It's nice to have hot springs and two restaurants right on the property. The place is clean and the decor and furniture reflects the western area. There is a nice family room for all to enjoy complete with impressive critter heads on the wall to give the place a good, western atmosphere. The suites are spacious. The temperature of the room is regulated easily. Decent TV's and channel selections. Good experiences in the restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful and gave us each a nice cookie upon check-in while reading through the impressive list of rules. Staying here is far from inexpensive and some of that money needs to be put back into updating. The lighting in the room is terrible - it's like a cave in here. The bathroom sink and area is tiny - barely room to even put our toothbrushes. There should be a shelf near sink for basic toiletries. The light switch for the bathroom is not even in the bathroom, it's in the bedroom - peculiar- and when you turn on the bathroom light, the fart fan comes on automatically and is LOUD, so if you potty overnight you are pretty much guaranteed to wake up your partner unless you plod around in the dark. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable. Dated flooring and walls in the room. No mini refrigerator in the suite which is unheard of these days. Perhaps worst of all, there is not a safety grab bar in the tub/shower, and also handrails on the steps around this property are pretty sparse. It snows up here quite a bit and also it is slippery getting in and out of the tepee hot springs - I feel there could be more in the way of safety at this resort. I don't regret coming but for $350-ish per night for a suite, I could definitely get more bang for my buck. I will look for other places next time.

My husband and I stayed here on September 5, the first night of our Wyoming vacation. We had a pool side room and it was very comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the western decor. The women at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Our biggest applause is for the food. We ate dinner here since it was Labor Day and all the restaurants in the cute, little town were closed. We lucked out because this has to be the best restaurant in town! Our dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast we had on our two week trip and it was very reasonable. We did not use the pool.

Nice place, western theme a little dated. Hot Springs were amazing, clean and comfortable. For the price you could at least have one decent pillow in the room. Gravel parking lot not very biker friendly. Brew Pub ok, food rather overpriced also. Beer was good.

It was amazing until I had four beers after explaining that I had cerebral palsy and they told me I needed to take a break which I did for an hour then they refused to serve me. I was absolutely nothing but kind and generous to the service there. I'm tired of this. Then after I got upset all I asked was give me a refund for the night at 4:00 in the afternoon and I'd be on my way no problem. And they refused. I'm sick and tired of being discriminated against. Now they're going to leave a response and if they've accuse me of being anything but pleasant and a little clumsy because of my disability. They are completely lying to save their butts. They're lucky I'm a busy successful person that doesn't have time chasing frivolous lawsuits
