A fun weekend at Oktoberfest -tastings of beer, wine, whiskey, vodka & food. Good band, soaking in the hot pools. The Inn is rustic, but the bed was comfortable & there are several fireplaces in the common rooms that are great for gathering around with friends. On-site restaurant, brewery & pub, and spa. Would be nicer if checkout was noon instead of 11am so you could enjoy the hot pools longer in the morning or get a massage at the spa without feeling so rushed to get out of your room. Overall it was a good event & enjoyable weekend.

Hotel proper reeks of mold, very musty smelling. Rooms are old and tired. No resort like amenities. No pets allowed. Food was only fair, craft beers were awful. Calling this a resort is a joke, no resort like amenities, expensive for what little you get. Would not recommend.

Price for a rare room with king bed is ridiculous given that it's not exactly the ritz. The three matriarchs running the front desk are very moody and really have let this ounce of power go to their heads. They need someone upfront with some grace and friendnliness. Our room had been ready for two hours before we got it... all she had to do was get up and check it out... but I fear they don't get up much. Given the cost... service should be more welcoming. Pools are fantastic. Restaurant is was way better... amazing steak sandwich. Room carpet was gross and the windows were useless as windows... so dirty. It was our anniversary and third time there... better treatment would have been nice...

We went as a family. 2 Adults, 2 adult children and our 12 year old son. We stayed in the double bed room by the pool. (One of us slept on an air mattress) The room was a typical : heating and cooling unit which worked great!; shower had laundry line in it to hang swimsuits; kuereg coffee maker, flat screen tv with cable. If you have children, they'll have a great time in the warm pool. Floats are allowed. The pool depth goes up to 8 ft. There is a pool box there with noodles that you can use. Free breakfast is only from 7-8am and is typical continental. The menu is served after 8am and is wayyyy better, but $$. The river runs right next to resort and people say the fishing is good. The resort has a fishing pond to the west of it, within walking distance, but bikes are nice to have to cruise around town. We'll come again!
