We arrived in the morning hours in late July to this beautiful ranch. We had a an incredible 2 hour ride through the mountains and through meadows with the Grand Tetons staring at us the entire time! Our guide was Selena and she was absolutely amazing! My two daughters (13 and 11) had never ridden a horse and it had been many years since my wife and I had ridden. Selena took her time to explain to us how to manage and behave around the horses and put us all at ease during our ride. She was very engaging and happy and pointed out the different types of plants and flowers in the area. After our ride, we had lunch at the restaurant at the lodge and it was very delicious as we ate staring at the Tetons!! The staff from checking in to our servers were all very nice and all around awesome! I HIGHLY recommend this location for horseback riding and we will be staying in the cabins on our next visit! We can’t wait to get back! Jason from South Carolina

Aaron, Elee and Gabe took us on scenic rides from meadows overlooking the Tetons, to spectacular waterfalls to the top of mountain peaks. We probably rode 6-8h per day but had amazing lunch breaks in breathtaking spots and dinner at the camp was delicious. Both Aaron and Elee each have 20 years experience as rangers and guides, which allowed us to completely trust them on more challenging terrain. They were extremely flexible and were able to adapt to all requests (including leaving camp super early because of a flight we needed to catch). Absolutely recommend going on a horse pack trip with these guys!

My family (11 year old daughter, 13 year old daughter, my wife and I) ended our 16 day vacation at the Turpin Meadow Ranch. We had spent 5 nights in Yellowstone and 5 nights in Grand Teton NP. Having never stayed at a ranch or done a pack trip before, we had no idea what to expect. Well ours fears were unfounded. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left it was plain and simply awesome. From Emily and Heather in the office to Brad our server to the food to our room to the location to the French press coffee in our room it was pretty much perfect. And the riding!!!! We met Aaron one of our guides that first day and met Elee and Gabe our other guides the next day when we took our horse out for a 2 hour "get to know" ride. The following day, they took us deep into the Teton Wilderness for a 4 day pack ride. The horses, the riding, the scenery and the company was spectacular. We did not see another person the entire time. We cleared paths, we loped across meadows, we saw wildlife, we saw things that no one ever sees because no one goes there. We rode I am pretty sure at least 6 hours every day. (Yep we were pretty sore when we got home!) Can't recommend Turpin Meadow Ranch more highly. We can't wait to go back and explore more of the wilderness!

Our stay was more than expected. We did the Yellowstone tour and our guide Joe was phenomenal. The next day we split up and did fly fishing and horseback riding - again great guides and experience. It was also nice that everything we needed was on the property to include a great little restaurant and scenery!

As someone in the Hospitality Industry, I can be a tough customer. However, Turpin Meadow Ranch exceeded all my expectations and then some. The setting, location and design elements created memorable vistas and moments. Watching the horses scamper in the meadow while watching the sunset over the Tetons was magical. The staff were ALL very customer service oriented and interesting to chat with. In addition, Food and cocktails were top notch. It’s perfectly situated for the parks, but still feels quite remote. The horseback riding was amazing and our guide simply lovely. If you’re looking for a safe way to vacation during COVID, I can’t imagine a better place.
