Did not sleep at all. I was in room 7. At first trying to get to sleep, I could hear every word that the neighboring room had to say. Once they finally went to bed, there was some piece of machinery, maybe a pump or furnace or something, that kept turning on every 15 or 20 minutes. I got 10 to 15 minutes of sleep at a time for about 4 hours. Finally gave up. The serving staff in the restaurant was not friendly at all and made us feel like we were a burden. The food was decent.

We came to Albany to celebrate my son's birthday. We have our own UTV's and camper so we were not renting from or staying at the lodge. While on the trail our UTV was involved in an accident. This left it without a wheel and many broken parts. My husband and I went down to the lodge to ask for help. The owner, Jake, and his employee Logan were so kind and helpful. They offered to help us tow out our broken UTV the next morning and Jake even brought up his own trailer to help get it back to our camp. They were so patient and helpful. We have visited the lodge for food many times and even rented UTV's in the past, prior to owning our own. We have always been happy with the service and atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone and really can't speak higher praise to how incredibly helpful those two men where to us. We will be back soon!

Had great stay over the weekend. Cabin was well kept, beds and pillows were comfy. Plenty of room for us two couples and one teenager. Staff was great answering questions beforehand and for efficient check in / check out. Bar staff at lodge was fun and even hooked us up with French fries even through kitchen was after hours. Perfect for a weekend of side by side riding!

Room Tip: Steep stairs - be careful! And broken bench on back patio. Watch for the friendly deer that came...

My wife and I spent 5 days there for our 25th wedding anniversary back in July. What an amazing place!! The owners and staff are fantastic! Go get yourself a room or a cabin, rent yourself a UTV and get away from it all! If you have to work they do have Wi-Fi which worked fantastic for me. Don't forget your fishing poles, there are several great places to drop a line and if you do forget anything the general store they have on site will likely have it and if by chance they don't, Laramie is only 30 miles down the road. If you don't feel like cooking the restaurant on site has great food and a full bar. I can't wait to go back! Next time it will be when there is snow on the ground so I can rent a snowmobile and hit the trails. Thank you making our anniversary trip a very memorable!!

Had to rebook as the first booking was the biggest blizzard in years and couldn't get stuck. Great place to stay. Gorgeous grounds and fun restaurant/bar. Staff is amazing!! Room was a tad outdated, but worked. Loved that it was right on the creek. Want to go next time when there is enough snow to snow mobile.

We rented a snowmobile for a couple of hours and rode during a blizzard! Cold as hell but we were prepared, blizzard added to the experience....probably a light snow to the locals but a blizzard to us...We didn't stay at the Lodge but went in to change and get a drink. Everyone at Lodge and rental place were very nice, we hope to return soon.

Unfortunately due to Covid risks, we needed to cancel our lodging reservations for this year. I had no idea it would be so difficult to accomplish this. My first call went right to voicemail. My second was finally answered and I was asked if I could hold so the woman that answered my call could serve tables first, and I agreed. I was on hold for nearly 15 minutes before I was disconnected. I called again, was put on hold, again “so I can get to my computer up front”. Three minutes later the phone was answered by Jake. By this time I’m just thoroughly annoyed and was asked again to be put on hold and this time I was simply hung up on. My third call was answered by Cortney who was able to finally complete the transaction and agreed to send an email confirmation of my cancellation. This type of transaction should be able to be accomplished easily and quickly. It saddens me, I expected better from this business, it’s staff and ownership.

I rented a 2-up snowmobile for 2 days for my son and I. This was our first trip to Wyoming and Albany lodge Rentals. Reservation online and then check in were a breeze. After the first day of riding my son got sick and we were unable to ride the second day. I called first thing that morning and spoke with Dayton. He was very reasonable and fair concerning the cancelation. We were charged exactly what we discussed and had a fantastic experience renting. This left a great impression on us and we will be back to rent again and support this business! Thank you for the great first experience in the Wyoming mountains!

They told us when we rented sleds that they are not worried about scratched stickers just broken plastics. Buddy barely scratched a sticker they charged him 100 bucks. They also charged a 150 room cleaning fee. They somehow charged my card that I rented my 1 snowmobile with. The room was on my buddies card but some how charged mine, sled rentals and room rentals are 2 completely different buildings. so when I paid for sled rental they must've saved my card info, which I cancelled. That should be illegal. No microwave no fridge. And the doors squeek like you wouldn't believe so you'll have angry neighbors early in the morning. DO NOT VISIT ALBANY LODGE. Most disrespectful staff iv ever witnessed. Save yourself a Hassel go somewhere else.

Jordan, You where charge the extra $150 for smoking cannabis in the room where no smoking was allowed. The was also large amounts of vomit all over the bathroom wall. We talked to your friend over the phone and told them about the charge and this was the card they told us to charge. If you other friend is the one who should be charged then please feel free to give us a call and we credit one card and charge the other.
