I'm glad I didn't take the negative reviews seriously. People don't like to read.... then want to complain complain well this is a great place in Historic downtown Laramie stayed three nights the staff was very nice and helpful the room very comfortable much better than paying an arm and a leg on the chain hotels and yes there is... When we pulled in (Sept. 2016), several disheveled men approached us from various rooms and directions as if we were in some horror movie. Me and my partner were a bit shaken by this. In the office a lady told us that the price we were quoted on trivago was only valid if we payed cash, otherwise they would have... More

I cancelled the reservation and was still charged, even thought they informed me that the charge would not occur. Obviously based on the reviews here, this is THE WORST hotel in Laramie. I would never have stayed here, but it was the only option available for the game. DO NOT STAY HERE.

**BEWARE!!** Owner banged on my door at 7AM and told me I had to leave immediately because I posted a negative review on the property. I was asleep and frightened and refused to answer the door. He then called screaming at me that I had 15 minutes to get out or he would call the police. I had a 6... More

First, the room was dirty. Second the bed spread was torn and the beds were very hard. Third there is no breakfast and the ice machine was broken. Fourth they have cats that roam freely (so if you have an allergy to them, then you do not want to stay) I do have two felines of my own so it... More

Let's start with the positive. A nice functional room which represents good value for the price agreed (and even the sneaky $10 extra fee) and the town of Laramie is worth a visit. The Wifi was also good. However I received awful service and had extra charges to agreed price. When I booked the room, I was informed at the... More

Although we had a good sleep & the managers were very nice, I would have to say this was very basic. Please don't expect too much. BUT if you're on a tight budget, it's acceptable. We have been staying in high end places & deliberately chose a more modest place to try. The shower was hot & it wasn't as... More

Motel clerk demanded $10 'reservation processing fee' (whether paying by cash or credit card) - something that isn't mentioned on ANY website listing this crummy motel. When I queried this - and I did so politely - he handed back my card and said he didn't want me staying there. In hindsight, he did me a favour. Aside from the... More

Searching for a hotel in Laramie, Wyoming turned out to lead us to a rare gem in our treasure hunt. Most of the Hotel were pretty pricey, this was September 15, 2015. Stumbled on the Hotel Xenion which turned out to be a great experience. Prices were very affordable, the gentleman at the desk was very personable and nice, and... More

I am a broke college kid and this was a great motel for me and my lady, the people were ever nice and helpful. I didn't like that I couldn't get more towels at one time but the room was clean and they are not up in your business so it was fine! I will stay again when visiting
