Lets start that this hotel is nice! It is newly Renovated and everything about a great hotel is in this one including staff. I was on my way home from my other home cross country and stayed here about a year ago and I couldn't even recognize it because the RENO that they did on this property is AMAZING!!!!! Pool...

truthfully the room was very affordable & the hotel was not really that bad. we were in town for the UW football game so other hotel rates were ridiculously high so we tried the Econolodge. the heat in the room worked great, the beds were decent (nothing special), very low to the floor though (??)room was clean and basic, staff...

My experience is similar to the gentleman that posted a review before me I really enjoyed everything about this hotel their staff was super friendly and made me feel like I was back home in a small town. I'm originally from Chicago Illinois and I'm used to the rudeness that comes from the big city I was so glad that...

Stayed here only because everything else in town was already booked. The first room we were given keys to would not open. I went back to the front desk and she assigned us another room (hope I didn't scare anyone in the initial room!). Floor in the room was filthy, I was afraid to walk in my socks. It didn't...

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed and to top it off a great price! What more could you ask for. My girlfriend and I were driving through and decided to stay the night on our way west. What meant the most to me was how wonderful the staff was. Coming from New York at every stop we made for the...

I reserved a NON-SMOKING room and got a dirty smoking room. I talked to the Manager who informed me it was not his problem. I explained that I have a severe allergy to smoke and again he said it was not his problem. There was NO hot tub as advertised, the windows would not open so I could not air...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in September. We were with friends so we had two rooms booked. The rooms were extremely dirty. We had a badly stained carpet, rank smell like someone had cooked in the room, dirty bathroom and I even killed a roach. When I complained in the morning, the front desk person fought with...

We had 2 rooms-- one was just dirty and the other was dirty with blood stains on the slipcover and had a roach during the night. Upon complaining to management we were offered a 10% discount, which we declined as unacceptable. The manager stated he would give me 6,000 rewards points to compensate me, but the friends in the other...

We reserved this Econo Lodge as a more affordable though farther option while touring Cheyenne Frontier Days for a couple nights. Our family arrived late afternoon and check in went quickly. The indoor pool was open till 10 so the kids chose a swim. It is a decent size pool and was warm enough to go right in. Breakfast the...

This Econo Lodge hotel met our needs but was not overly clean. We stayed two nights and they didn't clean other than garbage and towels. Good morning breakfasts were very basic and the breakfast room was small. We took the kids to the pool it was very warm. Pool was almost like an oversized hot tub it was so warm....
