Motel 8 takes a page from Motel 6, basic accommodation at a decent price. The room was dated, but clean and everything worked. The shower was good, as was the WiFi. A fair bit of noise from the freeway. It's a bit of a walk to downtown Laramie, but not overly long. Lots of restaurants and mini-marts are near at hand. Check in was easy and the clerk was polite and helpful. I would stay here again.

This place has zero curb appeal. It's old, unattractive, and tired. The staff is nice but the rooms sport popcorn ceilings, industrial carpets, and creaky Mr. coffee scrappy coffee makers. 1965 bathrooms but clean.

This motel is very basic, but gives an overnight traveler just about everything they need. Furniture is a bit dated, but mattress is comfortable with sufficient pillows. Linens are decent quality. Microfridge present. Adjustable-pressure showerhead with water that quickly warmed. Coffee pot in room and coffee in lobby. Flat screen TV mounted so it can be seen from bed. Price is a bit high for what is being offered, but one of the cheapest motels in town with decent reviews. WiFi is present, but slow (don't plan on anything more than email). And there is no breakfast, which at this price point, I kind of expect at least something. I'd stay here again if I find myself stopping in Laramie... But I will also probably try to avoid Laramie hotel prices on future cross-country drives.

Very convenient to stay as I was making my trip across the country. The night shift clerk was friendly, and funny. Easy parking for RV/moving trucks. One of the least expensive options around. Also - massive room size! Really appreciate having space to lay out clothing/etc.

Clean, neat no frills motel, but there was a coffee pot in the room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The young lady addressed our one small issue (a slow draining sink) promptly. Would certainly stay here again.

We were in Laramie for two nights. So many hotels were booked up so we took a chance with this one. Lovely renovated rooms. Very spacious. It's an easy walk into town from the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Just needed a place to stay overnight on our way to Wisconsin. Desk clerk was extremely friendly & checked us in quickly. Rooms are dated but clean - had a very comfortable king bed. Located right off of I-80 which is very convenient. For the price, it was a great place to stay & we’d stay here again.

Not sure who’s writing these reviews but my experience was terrible. Assigned room under staircase. Old furniture in very bad condition. Door lock was questionable. Some sketchy guy was sitting on the stairs in front of my window loudly talking on the phone. After 3 hours, I asked him if he planned to be on the phone all night to which he said l, What’s it to you! This is the type of guy you don’t mess with. That was it. Went to front desk, asked for refund, and checked out. Don’t stay here!

Do not let the exterior of this motel be the deciding factor. Front desk was awesome. I had my key in hand less than 2 minutes. So I opened the door to my Room and it was like the wizard of oz going from black-and-white to technicolor. The Room of great refrigerator microwave linens are great comfortable climate controlled area heat airconditioner everything works fine great water pressure this is a the absolute deal for the money 8th the ideal up for a lot more money...don't miss this place.

We had a good, 2 night stay here! The room was very spacious and comfortable. It could use a deep cleaning and some updating but it was sufficient for what we needed and the price was right! Would stay again.
