We chose this hotel based on the Trip Advisor reviews. It was a little bit out of the way but that resulted in a quiet stay. The hotel is a bit old but was very clean. All staff we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was remodeled and clean.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Laramie, WY was one of seven places we stayed on our recent trip to Colorado Springs. All of our other pre-booked stays were very nice. Unfortunately, Fairfield fell way short of that mark. The property itself is fine & in a convenient location. The cleanliness of the room was the issue. I went to use the bathtub & when I went to close the bathroom door, I found a dirty towel had been left hanging on the back of the door. It appeared to be dried blood on the towel. I called down to the front desk to let them know. The front desk person said she was the only one there & if I wanted to I could put the towel in the hallway. She said the manager would be in in the morning & I could let her know what was found in the room. I wasn't wanting to touch the towel so I used a plastic cup cover to cover my hand. I found it gross to think this towel was going to be sitting on the carpeted hallway for anyone passing by to see. I promptly changed my mind about taking a bath & decided on a shower instead. I had my doubts that the bathtub had been cleaned. I pulled back the shower curtain to find two blood spots on the shower curtain liner. The next morning my husband went to make his coffee & found that the creamer & sugar packet had been opened & partially used. There was also a sticky coffee cup ring on the area where the coffee service was. After breakfast I went to the front desk to see if the manager was available. She was out sick. The front desk person was helpful & called her to make her aware of the situation with the room. They said they would be notifying housekeeping & find out who was supposed to have cleaned the room. We were also told we would have a credit applied to our card. Our stay was 7/27/22. Today is 8/10/22. I haven't seen any credit as of yet. I am hopeful this will still happen. Sadly, this may be a perfectly fine place to stay but the lack of cleanliness by one housekeeping staff results is a very poor review.…

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, and I would like to share a little about what made this particular stay exceptional. Our tire when flat on our way home, and no place could fix it that particular day so we were forced to stay the night in Laramie. I booked a couple of rooms on the website without any issues, and when I called to ask if we could come early and have the kids spend the day in the pool while we waited for check in. When we arrived she gave us crayons and coloring pages and allowed us to spend some time in the breakfast area, and honestly just made us feel relaxed. There isn't much more we could have asked for to make a stressful situation more manageable. The next morning I had to go to walmart to get the tire replaced and I couldn't give Jai a definitive time on when I would return to grab my family, and she was very flexible allowing our family to stay in the room and relax instead of sitting in the lobby feeling in the way. We were able to keep her informed of progress on the vehicle while she allowed us to have a later than normal checkout without any stress. I would be remiss if I didn't also say how amazing breakfast was and how wonderful Linda is. She checked on us several times to ensure everyone was happy and full. My husband and I are 4 weeks into our 5 week road trip staying primarily in Marriott hotels around the country. I don't normally write reviews for chains however this Fairfield Inn stood out from the rest. Located close to I80, the hotel staff were very welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel well-appointed, clean and offered a good breakfast. Unlike some of the other Marriott stays, the bathroom provided a nice hot shower that didn't leak onto the floor and the heating/cooling of the room was satisfactory. It was such a comfortable stay! Of all the Fairfield I stayed in on this trip, this was the priciest. The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of extras. There are no restaurants near by but plenty of parking. Easy access from freeway.

My wife had a medical emergency while we were there. The entire staff and especially the general manger spared no effort in helping us. An ambulance was secured. I had been dropped off at a meeting on the campus of UW. The manager picked me up from my meeting and took be to the hospital. Later he provided a ride back to the hospital. He paid special attention to our every need and even brought a very nice bouquet of flowers to our room after we returned from the hospital. The entire staff provided excellent service. I will definitely stay here whenever in Laramie.

We found this on our Marriott app and made a reservation. Easily off the xway and close to our destination of Denver. The room was comfortable. The air con worked fine. our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was just OK, but enuf to get us on the road.

The place was okay, which is why I give it 3 stars. The rooms were clean and quiet. However, although billed as a "suite" the rooms were small, basically a normal small hotel room partially divided. Tiny bathroom. Only one elevator, which caused delays. The provided breakfast was pretty blah. The staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel was a ways out of the main part of town, but conveniently located next to the freeway. We arrived a bit early, but were told to come back after 3 pm as no rooms were made up. The room we were given was billed as being a quiet one as it was at the end of the hallway. However, it was quite small and the furnishings and rug were dated. The bed was too soft and bathroom small. Breakfast was standard Fairfield fare. The most positive thing I can say about the hotel is that the clerks were friendly. Would not go out of my way to stay here again.
