I wanted so much to like this hotel. It was chosen due to the advertised amenities and was right on our way to spend the week in the Grand Tetons. It started bad right from the beginning. We arrived at the 4pm check in time and was told they were not ready to check people in as the cleaning staff was not finished with the rooms yet. After driving for 8 hours we were ready to relax but had to wait 30 minutes before they could check us in. The room was large and clean but very outdated. The heated pool was not heated and was actually freezing cold. The hot tub was lukewarm. The pool area was literally disintegrating. Chunks of concrete was breaking off into the pool. The breakfast they offer is a coupon for the attached restaurant. When we arrived at 6:30am, their posted opening time, the doors were locked. We asked the front desk why it was not open. They just said they were running late and should open by 7 or 7:30. They acted like this was a normal occurrence. Well, needless to say we were heading to the Tetons and did not want to wait 30-60 minutes for them to open so we headed out without breakfast. This place was a huge disappointment in an otherwise great vacation. We would not recommend staying at The Inn at Lander.…
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and have not been disappointed. It is very close to Wyoming Catholic College and is very welcoming. They are attached to a restaurant, next door, which has great food and you get a breakfast voucher to eat breakfast there.
The Inn at Lander was clean and quiet. The location is decent. It is close to a large park and a 10 minute walk to downtown. Our room was very clean, but there were a few details that made it feel a little run down. The couch had a few small tears and the bathtub was cracked. We had a kitchenette, but it wasn't well-stocked enough to be fully functional (no bowls, nothing to wash dishes with, etc.). The internet connection was terrible. Overall, we had a decent stay (our son loved the pool!), but we would probably explore other options next time.
I came as part of a conference group and our check in documents had been pre-prepared so there was zero wait at check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was delicious and had something for everyone in my group.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms aptly cleaned, staff was friendly and attentive. The weather was cold when we stayed so I can't comment on the pool (Seasonal outdoor as I understand) All in all a nice stay. would stay there again.
Beautiful town, and historically one of the better hotels in the region. My room was lean, but heater was disconnected and they still assigned the room. They just have some issues to sort out and keep on top of.
Nice people and a beautiful hotel. very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect. the people were the best part, Friendly and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay. I will stay at the Travelodge whenever I am in Lander
Staff were super helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to achieve excellent service, and follow through. Rooms were clean, spacious. Breakfast was amazing, holiday meals offered were awesome! They really add that extra touch for their guests.
The folks at the property were great, as usual. I like staying here because it has all the amenities I am looking for. The location is nice since there are several places to pick up supplies. The room, the dining and the overall property were great as well.
The staff couldn't have been more accommodating...my daughter wanted an extra blanket, went to the front desk and was back with it within 10 minutes. We needed a toilet plunger and it was delivered within 15 minutes. On a weekend when all the rooms were full, the staff was cheerful and eager to please. The room was plenty big enough for a rollaway. Great stay!
