We brought our 3 daughters (ages 12, 10, and 8) for a week of riding and experienced the trip of a lifetime. In addition to the excellent horse program, we created lasting memories floating down the river on tubes, line dancing under the tutelage of Jay, and building friendships with the other wonderful guests and staff at the ranch. The... More

My wife is the horse person of the family, so I was thinking this vacation would mostly be for her. I was wrong... I very much enjoyed the week. Obviously, we did a lot of riding, but it wasn't just "nose to tail" riding. We rode some very scenic mountain trails, and we also did a lot of trotting and... More

Absolutely brilliant - location, landscapes, cabin, food, activities and people (staff and guests) could not have been better. We went with our horse-mad granddaughters and they had the time of their lives. Horses, rides, trails and wranglers suitable for all levels even their grandfather who had hardly ever been on a horse in his life. We stayed two weeks and... More

My daughter loves horses and I am not so keen - so I thought this part of our holiday was for her, but in fact it was I who had to wear sunglasses to hide the tears when we left! I had not intended to ride, but the atmosphere is so supportive of whatever level of riding you have -... More

wonderful hospitality, super professionalism, and a great mixture of friendliness and competence which made for the best trip ever - we were novice riders, and the team did everything possible to suit us to the right horses. We did things at our own pace - mixing up fishing and hiking and riding to make this a very special experience.

Our stay at Laramie River Dude Ranch was perfect and we highly recommend a stay here! The horses, trails, wranglers, staff, food, scenery and cabins all were fabulous. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests, most who had been to the ranch many times previously. It was a wonderful week, and we will definately plan another trip there again!

Laramie River Ranch was everything we hoped and more! Relaxed family time, great meals and adventures on the best horses around - including scenery, 1/2 day and all day rides including a delicious lunch and amazing views. Plus so much more - hiking, tubing down the river, tie-dying shirts, line dancing and super fun family pics. PLUS, time to relax,... More

We organised this trip for my dads retirement and the staff even before we had arrived could not have been more helpful. Organising the trip and how to get there was all explained and posted out to us. When there the staff were super-attentive and so helpful and friendly. All the staff sit with you and get to know you... More

We spent 4 nights as a family of 16 to celebrate my 70th birthday and my daughter's significant birthdays. Eight grandchildren from 4 to 19 years old. The ranch, staff, and owner (and horses, cat, dog, cows, and donkeys) were superb. We all got to ride as much as we wanted and each ride was tailored to our capabilities and... More

My daughter is 17 and has been riding for ten years and I'm an inexperienced rider, and we both had a great time. The staff was great and the owner was always around if you had a question. Rides and views were fantastic. If you like camping, stay the week and go on the overnight trip. The food and deserts... More
