My husband and I had a getaway in Jackson Hole for a couple of days and chose The Parkway Inn. This was my husband's second stay at Parkway as he was here on business last year. The front desk staff was so welcoming and gave excellent recommendations of restaurants and things to do in the area. Perfect location, just a couple of blocks from the town square. We met Jaquie, the owner, and she is a lovely lady - very friendly and personally welcomed us to her inn. We stayed in a superior king room - warm and cozy, very nice decor, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, large fluffy towels, and luxurious robes. This is the inn we will return to again and again whenever we are in Jackson Hole. Thank you, Jaquie and staff - this was the restful retreat we were needing!

Stayed there with the Tampa Bay Snow Skiers and Boarders group in Early March 2020 and I won’t lie I looked it up before hand and thought it looked like a basic motel. But the place turned out to be amazing it makes you feel right at home when you walk in with Apple Cider 😍 and coffee waiting for you. All of the staff were amazing, the housekeepers were all so friendly and made you feel extremely welcomed. It might be in the west but it had a rather southern charm to it. It’s 2 blocks from the main part of town and very nicely located around everything. In the mornings they always had breakfast available and by the time I would go back to my room it was completely cleaned and looking amazing. I have nothing bad to say about the place and next time I’m in Jackson they would be the first place I would look for. Thank you to all of the Staff. Roger M.

Jaquie, the owner, made our ski group from Tampa Bay feel so welcome from the very start of our stay. Her place is warm, cozy, well maintained, and clean. The staff is knowlegeable about the area restaurants and bars, busses - pretty much everything you would want - and was always helpful with suggestions and directions. Shuttle trips that she arranged to Jackson Hole resort each day went off without a hitch. The hot tubs (important to every skier) were clean and well maintained as well. I encourage you to check out the review from "RobSkier" for a story about Jaquie's role in our flight out of Jackson, that is over and above any ski trip experience I've had.

Reviews by Chris G and Nancy M are spot on. What's more, Jackson was experiencing record snowfall in a day, 23" on the mountain and 13" in town, on the day our 28 person ski club was supposed to leave. All day long for 12 hours our flights kept getting delayed. Jacquie reached out to me, the trip leader, and said she had been watching what's been going on with the continuing flight delays and she stopped online booking so our group had a place to come back to, which we ultimately had to. She even arranged for transportation to come get us late that night and again for the morning to do it all over again. We got out but she made the long day easier to swallow with pillows to lay our heads and breakfast in the morning. I know Jacquie from previous fun visits to her quaint hotel and I know she truly hit a grand slam with us. Our club will be back again.

Clean well maintained rooms. Any problems no matter how small were addressed promptly. Large groups welcome and each person in the group was treated as any other individual guest. The staff is well trained and everyone is well versed on transportation options as well as all tourist spots and activities. I would assign a higher rating if possible. Everyone on this 40+ person ski club trip remarked on the high quality of the rooms and services.
